I will try to make some time tomorrow, but we absolutely need propaganda on the home front. Our support is slipping from not doing that for a turn.

Also, Fate of the Trinity League isn't declaring what we want to happen, it's something like "make an offer to the TL to join us."

I can swap over Clan Spy Satellites for internal propaganda if people want. But are we sure on the latter? The wording seems to indicate otherwise:
[] Fate of the Trinity League (Write-In): With the former rulers of the Trinity League either deposed or enjoying a relaxing vacation with their newfound wealth on the planet of their choosing, the question remains "What does the Republic wish to do with the systems of the former Trinity League?" [Note: This will unlock further options depending on what you do]
Given the whole thing being about resolving the question, and the note about how it will "unlock further options", it looks a lot more like sorting out what the Helghan Republic's official policy and goal is for the future of the Trinity League. @prometheus110 can you weigh in on this? If it is just making the offer, then I can just swap out that action in exchange for setting up the internal propaganda.

Also, IIRC we need to complete an action or two more before we can be confident the Trinity League planets will vote join us in a referendum if we make the offer.

Alright, I'll swap it over to the Clan War Propaganda for now, at least until I get QM clarification on what the Fate of the Trinity League action will actually entail.

This is the first quarter of the year. We dont need to do everything right away. Iirc that aside from the militia issue, things are mostly calm. And we can be creative if we need to, as per Prom's discretion. Currently we can do 3 actions for URC all at once, or do 1 action per turn over the course of three turns.

Or, if Prom allows it, we can do all three at once but spread progress out over the entire year so it takes only 1 AP a turn.

Things are calm enough in the Trinity League, but they're far less so in the URC, and the URC is where it's particularly dangerous because the current instability is interfering with reconstruction. Also, a lot of the actions we want to take for the URC are going to be setup for future ones. We won't get anywhere close to full penetration of the Jacobins in one infiltration action even if it's as successful as it can be. Getting a media presence set up is a precursor to actually being able to use one effectively in future turns.

EDIT: Actually, come to think of it, I wonder if we could call for an ORDI conference about how to handle the URC's instability if it continues to worsen. Might not be a step we feel should be taken now, but maybe something to consider in future turns?

It's determining how the Republic will engage with those systems by telling me what you want to do and how, and making a start on it. It can be as simple as "We're annexing them totally and don't care what they think", "We'll run a referendum on every planet", "We'll make them protectorate systems for X years and then grant them Y rights over Z years", etc. Ideally, it'd be less than 400 words long and have fewer than 2 if statements, but I don't have high hopes. :V

We dont really need to annex them ASAP i think. The important thing is to keep em trouble free. Heck, helping to preserve the FRR and contributing to defeating the Clans might even make us even better in TL eyes. It's URC that's the bigger concern. And while the Clan front seems to have stabilized for now, that's really no guarantee. Getting spysat shit right now along with continued raids will help keep them on the back foot and might even suss out buildups for further offensives.
