I'm looking at what Shenglu has already got, the resources available and the planned projects and how soon they're all likely to be completed, and I am now imagining other new Barons spontaneously combusting from sheer envy. Within a decade Shenglu is going to be bigger and more prosperous than what I'd wager new Barons can build in a lifetime.

Yeah, Ling Qi has all she needs for the 6th and 7th, and is 53/60 Concept Levels and a Domain Name Quest away from having what she needs for the 8th. So she's about to take the elevator on upward in a double-time speed potentially for the rest of her career as a Third Realm. Now, even double-time (or time and a half I suppose, technically) is going to take a few years.

She could with luck and a few things going her way reach 'Peak' at nineteen, and if not that twenty unless something specifically happens again to slow her down. So probably sometime when she's twenty, since you gotta assume that it takes a little while before you're ready to lock the doors and do those final steps, but you also presumably are supposed to be getting that all set up while you're in your final stages.
