Since there's been some concerns raised about certain part of my plan, could you erase the 'face/head' part of the plan and just replace it with 'face' so that we are being more specific that we are going for a wolf mask kind of thing not a full up wolf's head (or full up wolf skull in the case of the original Chaos tainted Karnivore design)

Yeah I'm definitely not voting to replace the white bone wolf skull of a machine with a white furred wolf mask. Especially when the whole point of us making these changes is to prevent chaos corruption from taking our mechs, the design of which is mechs that chaos uses.
So let's not use the same imagery on our mechs that chaos uses. Plus I want to have parts of our religion displayed on the Mechs we now own.

To be fair, the idea is to change the design of the head significantly. The Chaos Karnivore has an outright wolf's skull sticking out complete with a snout.

The idea for my write-in is a wolf's mask as if someone is wearing a mask instead of a wolf's head. A flat wolf mask instead of a wolf head. Basically take the Knight Warglaive and paste a flat wolf mask on its face is the general concept.

I low-key wonder how does Federation differ aesthetically from the Imperium now.
I mean, there are Kil'drabi and their style + our sleek ship style, but I mean more... house decor, essentially. Do we still keep the gothic skull-core aesthetic? Because I see the hand signs appearing as often as the Imperial Aquila, frankly. It fits so well, theologically.

I prefer using our own iconography rather then twist what Chaos already put the patent on. It makes them more separate in a distinctly personal way, and those personal touches help provide abit more protection from Chaos trying to reclaim them.

It also places emphasis on transformation that the sphinxes went through, changing from monstrous things to beloved protectors, and cements the narrative of rebirth from dark beginnings.

Oh here's an idea! What if we give them a skull that looks likd the 5 sphinxs looked like in their original dog like form?
