Yeah, I'd vote for the Handprints. I'd say that they should go all on the upper carapace-plate, where the door to the cockpit and the missile launcher are set.

For the Head, maybe instead of a canine skull we do a moulded canine head? A hound that, instead of screaming from beyond the grave, live still-a protector, as opposed to a monster. This might also give the Machine-Spirits of the Kinghts more of a dog-like personality, which I would love

Absolutely.

How about pairing it with "-[] Death Masks of the Holy Sphinxes" for the face?
The face of holy creatures saved by the Starchild.
Creatures that were born in a chaos infested place, saved from Chaos (dark mechanicum) by a miracle of the Starchild, working to spread the Starchilds light.
A paralel to the Karnivores that are saved from Chaos by their STC being purified, that will fight against chaos to protect the Starchilds followers.

Combined with the handprints of all who labored for them, who brought them into this world.
A reminder of and tie back to the people of the federation, that the Karnivores are fighting to protect.

I already like the head's style, so a dog face is a far less edgy version that I think would compromise well with the machine spirits. Plus, what dog doesn't love back scratches?

Same. For the other of the available options I am leaning for the mono optic head and making sure it has 5 optics on a rotating head. But I am hoping someone brings up a better write in.

Oh here's an idea! What if we give them a skull that looks likd the 5 sphinxs looked like in their original dog like form?

A white wolf head. What was once a leering skull is now a wolf in truth. Hunting the villainous and the wicked and the cruel.

For the head, how about something like this?


Something like this colored white (to symbolize the purification) and maybe with red highlights in places (symbolize blood shed in defense of the innocent). Our Knight Titans will be the defenders of the Federation. It doesn't need to strike fear into the hearts of enemies with its appearance- its deeds will do it instead. Actions speak louder than words.

--[X] A Small, Etched prayer for the lives of those lost on Luteus Prism, And remembering those who gifted the STC for the Karnivore to us in the first place.

I am dead set on Death masks with Handprints, and IMO a White wolf head is way to close to the bleached white wolf skull of the karnivore, It doesn't feel like anywhere near enough to distant itself and its sympathetic connection away from the original chaos steeped design. It is a really easy symbolic vector for corruption, because it barely even takes any twisting to reveal that under every wolf head is just the same skull, and under every shining knight is the same monster etc etc
