Actually a little bit upset that Molly is being out demoned before we even got those charms.

VEE can hand out backgrounds and Merits, it is still objectively more powerful. All the stuff Lash can do is personal, Molly can kick fate in the shin when it isn't looking and make it so the recipient has always had a job say or has always had access to a Dragon's Nest etc...

Lash can do more on a personal level though.
10 freebies, strong immunities, powerful supernatural abilities...
All in all I'm not sure which is better.
But Molly didn't build herself as a wish-granter, so the question is moot.
We can still fight her and a dozen Flesh- and Pact-enhanced minions and win though, so it's not like our choices werre worthless.

VEE is more powerful, but Lash can do it more casually and often.
Yeah, you're right.
It also allows for buying more than 8x Form Abilities, as the QM allows.
Same difference.
Only worse, because as far as I am aware, Lucy et al arent even allowed out of Hell.
Thats why the Fallen in the Coins are so tightly limited.
I dont see a scenario where Lucy or a representative walks into the Carpenter home.
Molly comes with an empire of followers.
Lash doesnt.

I didn't bring this up before, but only resource 5? There are humans living on earth with higher resource.

I am hoping Molly can start a cult for resource reasons, but she can also help lash create a cult centered on herself. Enough members in multiple places gives her about 3-5 faith each day if high enough.

Yeah, he learned about that back during the Shroud of Turin incident. It was why Marcone wanted it.
So, I am looking at Demon: the Fallen crafting system, and, well... White Wolf can't into non-broken crafting, and Holden definitely over-corrected for Exalts. Why? Let's see, the basic Fallen crafting works like this:
1) You need to have Lore of the Forge at 1 dot.
2) Roll Perception + Craft against difficulty N. N=5 for simple stuff like swords, or armor, N=10 for complex electronically complex devices like computers. You can enhance your dice pool or adjust the difficulty further by:
a) Ravaging the souls of your thralls. The thralls pay unspecified heavy price, you get up to your Faith bonus dice
b) Spending temporary Faith gives you automatic successes
c) Actually spending time doing the enchantment. To be clear, normally it takes one combat turn to enchant an object. For five minutes, you get one bonus die. For spending a whole scene, you get 2.
d) Using props, like tools, resonant with the lore of the forge, reduces the difficulty by 1.
e) If you benefit from enhanced Craft rolls in your apocalyptic form, using it applies to enchanting.
3) Each success on the roll gives you 1 point to spend on enchanting an object. The objects can be enchanted for the following effects:
a) Decrease the difficulty of a roll associated with an object. The difficulty cannot be reduced below 3
b) Increase the difficulty of a roll associated with an object to the maximum of 10
c) Increase the object's dicepool (such as the amount of damage a gun does) to the maximum of 2X original
d) Increase object's durability (i.e. its health levels) to the maximum of 2X original
e) Increase object's quantifiable parameter, such as a car's top speed to the maximum of 2X original (each point buys you 20% improvement over baseline)
4) Spend a point of temporary willpower to make enchantment permanent (otherwise it only lasts one scene). If you are mass-producing enchanted objects for your minions, or just don't want to spend temporary willpower, you can use your minion's permanent willpower. The item is gifted to the minion, has an additional activation condition, which is always a small sacrifice, such as 1 unsoakable point of bashing damage, or a temporary willpower point.
Now, I don't know what kind of dice pools Fallen normally have access to, I'll have to do more reading, but, yeah, mid-combat enchantment, and gratuitous difficulty adjustments at no material cost. Swords that always cut at 3DC, and near impenetrable armors that make you near impossible (DC10) to hit. Mass producible too (or at least mass producible enough that a circle with a demon in it should be decked out in those). I am actually glad Lash doesn't have the Lore of the Forge, as it would be hard to stop myself.

Ravaging is described on page 251 of the Core Rulebook.
The Thrall looses WP for every bonus-die you grab, if you reduce WP to 0 he takes a derangement and starts loosing life.
Fluff-wise extremely traumatic and may permanently reduce their Faith-potential, as well as raise the Demon's Torment.
Dicepools are normally humanish, their stats usually stay in the 1-5 range, only going slightly above it in Apocalyptic Form.
Only Earthbound can get the really big statblocks, since they get to enhance their stats with their anti-virtues.
But Faith is useful, as you can add a lot of Autosuccesses if you have enough of it.
