I am anti-bordergore and pro- Fucking With The Hapsburg Remnant so this gets my vote.

I'm undecided on the Central European Republic vs Union of Central European Republics. Originally, I'd have feared destructive devolution and voted to have one republic, but etranger's clarification on what the Union of Republics actually is convinced me that those concerns weren't needed.

I might actually be tending toward the Union now... but... it's the name. That blasted ugly-as-sin name. "Union of Central European Republics". Uhgg.

I mean, "Central European Republic" is already a mouthful and much less elegant than "German Republic". Do we really need to add a Union on top of that? I also dislike the implicit statement that we're now a union of several republics, rather than one republic, when in fact, we will remain the latter.

Can imagine right now that the scribes making sure that a readable transcript of this convention are going to have to go same spa to recuperation with the conference scribes.

Simply vote for the obvious choice. Vote for Germany today!

I think making some sort of super-federation is a mistake, and the values of an independent Transylvania as a counterpoint to Habsburg Romania are lost if we just annex it into a larger federation.

Since it sounds like you prefer the 1 federation option to not occur, you could approval vote for the 2 federation [FED] vote since the 2 federation+Transylvania option has a huge gap to catch up.

Oh and to inform the rest of voters who didn't know - yes you could approval vote in this one (as long as it's not, like, an unreasonable amount)

I like the cultural assemblies being around as an option, but I don't really think they should be the formalized structure of our state. Also the German one would come to dominate if it exists, whereas in a system where they're mostly just here for minorities to safeguard their cultural rights, there's no reason to have a German cultural assembly that dwarfs the others.

I don't mind a name change though.
