With the results of the previous rounds, this is the only worthwhile plan to take for this round, IMO. The overall result is a completely fucked Southeastern Europe and a guaranteed Southeastern Front during the next war, both of which were avoidable, but this is what we have to work with at this point.
 
Reminder to people that putting them into our sphere isn't going to be tacit agreement for their form of government, as @Etranger pointed out earlier. I think getting them into our sphere to avoid having Serbia becoming a dagger to our throat for the Entente is worthwhile. That's my two cents on this whole situation.

We denied Romania land to decide Transylvania's fate and we didn't give Serbia everything to decide Croatia's fate.

I mainly care about getting Transylvania and Banat into our sphere, and this plan has that covered.
