Personally, I would put the cultural councils a bit higher than that, but I don't have any particular objection. Well, except for the last plank, but I doubt it's going to be enacted either way.

...Also, is this just me overthinking this or has the Vanguardist tend to co-opt anarchists' planks and make a centralist version out of it? I mean, they did their own version of durable goods libraries back in 1885 and said that it could be centrally operate. And this time they also put their own version of electrification with a centralist specification and international technical cooperation program with our allies. I mean, I am not exactly opposed to it since those are good policies, and people do have the same ideas all the time, so it's not really that big of a deal.

Maybe its just me, but making healthcare part of the ration seems kinda ill advised.
Seems to complicate both the ration and healthcare services for no gain that i can see.

indeed. It's probably going to overstress our healthcare system, with how it's only adequate right now, and that's not even taking into account the massive population growth Germany is experiencing right now. It's a populist policy, from what I'm seeing.

System's not going to improve without extending coverage, and plank includes building out clinics and drug dispensaries.

yes, but tertiary education covers a wide range of fields. Quite frankly, the bi-yearly check ups would slow down the rest of the system to a grinding slog. The German population is 50 MILLION. We simply don't have enough educated practioners in the year 1889.

Hopefully the lack of a proper Counter Intelligence Service will not become a problem... yet.
