[X] [Try one of the spells Curce taught you]
There is a non-zero chance that Rider identifies the spell as one from Ancient Greece using HSDW-based incantations considering she used to be a priestess back then, and that is in and of itself worth the try. Why ? Because doing that means increasing the clusterfuckery and that's what we're here for !

Alternatively, she gets pissed off by the remainder of the cruelty of the Greek Pantheon who screwed her and her family. Not that different from Media's backstory truthfully.

Well I mean. At least if we bad end here we know what NOT to do in the future….that is presuming of course that this IS a bad end which I'm not sure it is.

How would we contact Mordred tho? Even if we had the means, we don't even know who Mordred is atm, its just weird person in red doing some western kung-fu moves.
If Shirou were a proper Magus, like Rin Tohsaka, he could focus on his impression of Mordred, and reach out mentally to converse telepathically. Since he is Shirou Emiya, most of the intelligent moves aren't on the table. The good news is he can still accomplish his Shirou Emiya goal of doing something, anything, to save someone, regardless of how ineffective or outright pointless the action in question is.

B ranked magic resistance, one of the faster servants powered by a much stronger master, inexperienced shirou attempting to blast his way free while moving at quite possibly over a hundred miles an hour. Best case scenario, shirou slows down rider long enough for caster too get a lock and teleport in. Worst case scenario shirou accomplishes nothing and is knocked out. Most likely scenario has shirou not freeing himself or preventing his abduction, but he does interfere with riders ability to maneuver and ends up injured and less capable in future situation because his shoulder clips something that rider would have ovtherwise avoided. If it's his head that takes the impact he might die.

Just wanna point this out to the guys bring up Medusa's magic resistance:

Where in that option does it say that we would be casting the spell on Medusa?

Well, our options are Medusa or Shirou, given the speed Medusa is carrying him at, and if Shirou has a self targeting spell that can help him in this situation, and be activated that quickly, why didn't he use it before Medusa grabbed him, to you know, dodge that spear coming for his chest?
