Drop it, Caster has been quiet about this more than once, and you could tell she was leaving something out back at the shed. If she is uncomfortable about it… you'll find out in other ways.

There's several reasons here.

The Shirou reason: Sakura isn't awake, so clearly he's not done saving her yet.
The Magus reason: Cashing in a debt from Caster should clearly be saved for something more important.
The Horny reason: Medea will probably appreciate being allowed to keep her secrets, and may be demonstrative!
The Doylist reason: Sakura will probably read Shirou in if he acts sufficiently confused.

We don't need Caster to explain, Sakura knows exactly what is going on and will almost certainly explain it if for no other reason then to make sure Shirou doesn't get caught with his pants down.

Ehh. Your dealing with a very popular show with a dedicated and knowledgeable fanbase. We all under stand where things are going. For a simple choice like this, everyone wants to wake the crazy.

Nah. Medea had a pretty good childhood. Her Crazy is more middle aged spinster, while Sakura is kind of that sweet neighbor girl who has a shrine to the boy she like made of chewing gum, but without the tsun.

Lets wake her up, given that Sakura is a magus herself. I'm certain having her help explain things as well as her perspective on all of this will be invaluable.
