edit: Doesn't Field medic come with a bunch of, frankly, stupid rules that were probably designed to apply to the people running field hospitals in the 2nd War; and don't make sense in small teams? (Naruto timeline's never the best) I don't think Hisana would have any interest in getting slapped with a "stay out of the fight" clause.

Both of these sound fun.

Working to proliferate a widely useful bit of sealing is a nice boost to Konoha in general. Give everyone a boomstick!

Kenjutsu teaching might be generally less useful, but Hisana likely has a wide variety of things she can teach- Sharingan is a hell of a drug, after all. Further, one of the best ways to sure up your own skills is to teach them. Helping a bunch of kids ('kids', they're barely younger than her) with disparate styles more suited to them could be a learning experience for Hisana too. I also just think she'd make a good teacher- she's always done well with Naruto and Sasuke after all.

REASONS
1)Networking with medical nin, which opens up training resources and sources of information.
Medical ninja know who is medically invalid. If we are seeing a rash of new admittals because of a new jutsu or poison from an enemy village. Which personnel have seals on their tongues.

These are good people to know.

2)Improving our iryojutsu.
This has synergy with the seals we are applying to our own body; a bunch of our speed techniques involve seals modifying our nervous functions. And one of our potential future upgrades is learning to channel Nature energy safely.

The more iryojutsu we know, the easier that becomes.

3)Getting some knowledge of medical seals. See (2).
Sasuke's Curse Seal in canon required a lot of medical knowedge to both design the seals and the drugs involved in stabilizing the seal from Level 1 to Level 2.

4)Followup on some of the Zetsu clones we brought in back before the Chuunin Exams.
And followup on the Curse Seal users from Sound; both the dead and prisoners.
If anyone knows what research has turned up, medic nin will.

How do you make seals like these something approaching mass producible? you would need dedicated people whose job would be to make seals only and apply them to swords (or other weapons i suppose).

Also if we do this option you know danzo is gonna get his hands on it... but i suppose in the long run It'll help konoha.

Doesnt really matter.
As has been repeatedly demonstrated in this setting, mass producible gear marginally improves the survivability of your mooks.
But it doesnt make a difference once an A-classer or a B-classer with an A-tier technique cuts loose.

We've been both the victim of this, and demonstrated it to others.

I'm tempted by hospital since having properly trained medics that can survive long enough to heal would be a boon in a huge scale war I feel is being hinted at. Also the healing cert should open more doors if we decide to further that.

Healing also pairs off with our body dealing right?

Pretty much.
Our A-class speed is built on a mix of seals and enough medicine to know how to apply it to our body safely.
Amd as the only legal Sharingan-qualified medic in the village in our generation, we care for ourself and Sasuke.

The more field medics you have who can survive stuff in the field, the more of your ninja survive injury and the more soldiers you can deploy at a time. Which is the quickest way to improve Konoha field readiness.
Especially since it takes at least a decade and half to replace a dead or crippled ninja.

Also worth noting how many of the Konoha big shots were medics or medically trained.
Tsunade and Sakura of course, but also Hashirama, Orochimaru(Curse Seal, Sharingarm, Senju implant, bodyjumping), Kabuto, Madara(see Tobi's halfbody,), Tobi/Obito.....even Danzo knew enough field medicine to safely remove a Sharingan eye.

I mean, its worth recalling that we had to heal Kakashi in the field during our very first C-class.
Else he would have died there when one of the subsequent attackers found us. Thats how important having competent field medics is for Konoha, and how important the knowledge is for us in particular.

And with all the Zetsu clones around?
Better medicine will help with better countermeasures.

I like the idea of running a class with Naruto nearby, but not as much as more R&D. Both are good, it's just medical thing I'm less interested in.

Still, what I want most is to work on the Snow Armor, but that's still a bit off I guess.
