Hmm so the Dream Idol we picked up on our trip with Bao Qian also has red robes. He also said that the Dream Cults arose after the Horned Lord's left the Weilu, so the post-Tsu/pre-Sage period would fit. Related or not, more lore is always a win.
The appearance of the idol, possible relations to the Pure One from that Horned Lord sidestory and the repeated ascetic monk image in general, give Weilu dream cults serious Thousand Princes (aka NotIndia) vibes. I wonder if there are any cross Wall/Red Garden interactions here.

The horned lord didn't leave until sometime after the sage. Yrs confirmed he was still around just sleeping when the sage came and they didn't think it was worth it to wake him up.

Pushing Motion to 3/5 guarantees that we will get another level 4 concept with the next wind thief project. That clinches it for me.

Idk about better, but Want was sort of highlighted by Diao Linqin.
You cannot give yourself to another, and so they cannot give themselves to you. Instead, 'Sister'. Can you even imagine something closer, I wonder? Even now, you hold tightly but always at a distance, a support, giving without asking. A painful sight. Think more of yourself.
Want III (0/5): Want is the soul reaching out, the impetus of connection, the abrogation of Isolation, the seed of Community and Home.
So one interpretation of that advice is to advance Want to help augment those concepts and stabilize the push/pull of LQ's past traumas. We have no expected Want gains this turn, and several revealed projects. Since we've been consistently doubling our projects, going from (0/5) to (1/5) will make it so that we only need two projects in a turn to advance the concept further. It's an easier sell than either waiting two turns or finding a +6 Want XP plan.

Motion is expected to end at III (2/5) according to the T15 plan. We only have one untaken project (LFTW) that currently gives Motion XP, and the only other predictable source of it is IMO the Grinning project line in SSC that we just took the first level of. LFTW will unlock two projects once The Laughing Wind is taken, and unless they start splashing out into esoteric concepts like Causality, Chaos, or Mystery there is a good chance that at least one of them will advance Motion. A +1 here will guarantee that we'll only need one project to advance it to IV.
