lots of convincing talk on both sides. I'll go for this until further discussions, since I agree that the work we've done to accomodate the Meng is already good enough and I would like it if any further ties can't be used to isolate us from the rest.

Part of being ethical is to avoid even the appearance of impropriety. Don't use resources in potentially nepotistic ways, doesn't matter whether you're seriously corrupt or not

My heart says Foundations, my head says Central Valley.

And to add fuel to the fire, I understood this as "50% chance of +1 to Thundering Hills, 50% chance of +1 to South River Jing"- each, separately- so 25% chance each of +1/+1, +1/+0, +0/+1, or +0/+0.

I believe Yrs already spoke on this in Discord, but those percentages are without Omake points applied. We're very likely going to end up at 70% for both.
