Do keep in mind that we should NOT ask for more funds unless we have no other choice. Currently we should be able to get to our target with what we have.

Asking for more money no only lowers our relations with the Sith, but may result in less funds being given to us for the next plan.

The Sith do seem to be on the vengeful side of things.

Sidious has funds to spare. The reinforcements to coruscant in revenge of the sith were an entire seperate clone army he made a his own cloning facility he constructs in secret. He's actually holding out on us. He also is sinking funds onto some of the CIS crazier super weapons. We'll definetly get at least our 10000.

Something to consider:

we want to "Kriff the Sith".

Now, There are a few ways to accomplish that. But those ways all consist out of different parts.
The first, and definently the most important, is to do something with the inhibitor chips. This should be our utmost priority, because without doing it, a significant chunk of the Sith plans will likely work. There are ways around that, but those get hellishly complicated and most of them are actually more dangerous than dealing with the chips. Both in execution and personal consequences (ie how likely it is that our plan fails, and how likely it is that we conveniently disappear and reaapear with something that's definetly not lightsaber wounds…

But then we have two major strategies to otherwise have fun with the Sith plans:

Be cheap. Create the worst army we can, potentially not even reaching the goals…
The GAR would loose a lot of battles, and managing a convincing difficult war would be difficult, likely ending in massive volunteer armies. Which would be bad for the Sith…
We have an insane focus On quality already, so that's not really possible anymore. But there is the second option:

Making the GAR a powerful force, which will have difficulty to loose in almost any situation. Thanks to our focus on quality we might be capable of transforming each and every victory of the Seperatists into Pyrrhic victories.

Which would be bad for the Sith, because it would, at the same time, reduce the casualties of the Jedi.

And, if we get rid of the inhibitor chips, and maybe even indoctrinate the clones to be loyal to the Jedi, well, the Sith won't be happy about that, especially if we manage to keep it secret that we did that until after Order 66 (or equivalent) has been proclaimed.

And the best part: from what we know, the Sith want the best army possible, so they (if they were same individuals, which considering they are Sith, not likely) couldn't even proclaim us to be in breach of contract. We just did our job :)

So, we should focus on increasing the quality of our troops, and their equipment, as well as dealing with the chips.

Staying under Budget would be a nice to have, especially because we might need the money latter - fleet is something that sounds expensive, and technically (if star Wars where logically) winning the space war is more important than the ground war: if you only have one army capable of cleaning up planets, but no-one else can get to the planets, it just takes time to win…

So slowly beginning to create a fleet sounds like a Great idea, however, we also need not to fall back too much in our other tasks. And asking the Sith for money, while not catastrophically likely, especially considering we actually reach the goals asked for us, is still not smart, And having a bit of Sith favor as a buffer to reduce losses of that in more important actions (like dealing with the inhibitor chips and the indoctrination of the clones we do) sounds useful…

EDIT: and yes, I know that I have voted for the plan asking for more money.

I think it's appropriate in this case, ie, in universe we can say: we where on budget until you came here with that surprise task…

Might not help much, or anything at all, but it makes sense for us in universe to at least ask for money.

We can also say we had a research breakthrough which required us to sink resources into developing training courses ahead of schedule. It's the honest truth.

It would also be a problem because if the CIS can't secure clear victories it would be harder to justafy giving palps more emergency powers, which it key in palp's plan to take over the republic.

I know right? We've done a really good job kriffing the sith before we even put a lot of thought into it. With the amount of vehicles we are gonna have so long as we manage to at least match them in ships we should be fine. Unfortunetly we went a bit overboard in armor and tanks so once we have that we'll likely have to chill and give up everything besides meeting quota's.

Also we have a max monthly of -830 unless We ask the sith for extra each cycle.

We may need a bit more, considering he could just level the field by giving the CIS a massive information advantage. I mean, he has ways to keep either side from doing to well and ending it before the masterstroke. He may just need to focus on holding back our army.

he is gonna send our army into meat grinders then, wich is ideal for ''thinin'' the chip inserted clones

let palpatine do the purge for us

A chancellor who has executive authority to engage the enemy and keeps losing because he holes back the majority of our forces unjustifiably? Sound like an invitation to a no confidence vote.

Also I meant to write each cycle in the last post, not each month. Silly me.

Except he's palps, 'leak' information to set up traps, do certain orders like leave Geonosis right after taking it with no forces left behind so the factories could get back to work enabling another conflict there. There are ways he could use his connections.
