No, you will be doing the job you are being paid to do to the best of your ability. It is the purely professional option where you don't care about the larger conflict, just getting the job done and being paid for it. Making your own faction would be the Mandalore option.

This is the most interesting option for me. I have seen a good Jango Fett but not a good one who was actively working for his enemies.
