[x] Crimson Sealmistress. Hisana is known for her seal work. Improves Hisana's ability with seals.

Seals are indeed Hisana's thing. It feels appropriate that she should be known for that before other things.

I like most of the titles and their effect, BUT if I picked this one is because it is the one who sounds the better.

[X] The Last Daughter of the Uchiha: Hisana is known for her status as the de-facto head of the Uchiha clan. Improves Hisana's abilities with esoteric Sharingan skills (genjutsu, etc.)

[x] Student of the Copy Ninja: Hisana is known for adapting techniques to her own uses. Improves HIsana's ability to copy ninjutsu with the Sharingan.

This is a bit of an odd pick I know but Hisana isn't actually that good at copying ninjutsu with the Sharingan. Unlike Kakashi who can literally mirror a technique as it is being performed Hisana has to dedicate a training action to learning the techniques she has copied before she can use them.

Citation:
Still, she saw the jutsu clearly enough that she thought she could do a decent immitation herself on the spot. As she understood it, most Uchiha didn't directly copy the techniques of their enemies and use them on them right away; except for the most skilled. Everyone else could get the basics, but had to practice to get the jutsu into a useable state.

Improving this skill will hopefully let us actually do that and avoid having to burn more training actions in the future on practicing our stolen techniques. Plus as previously noted Hisana is very much a general skill thief copying all manner of techniques and approaches even without her Sharingan. It is a nice title playing into Hisana's non sword/seal traits that normally get all the attention.

We ain't going to be called "Student" in our title if I can help it. A copy of the copy ninja sounds lame as hell.

[X] The Last Daughter of the Uchiha: Hisana is known for her status as the de-facto head of the Uchiha clan. Improves Hisana's abilities with esoteric Sharingan skills (genjutsu, etc.)

Student may have people targetting her as a weakness of the copy nin (good fucking luck), and puts some emphasis on her eyes.

Daughter puts all the emphasis on her eyes so it'd likely result in a lot more attempted eye thefts, or people coming prepared for Sharingan Shenanigans.

Wielder would... result in more people trying to disarm her in combat, maybe? If its known as her greatest skill, it makes sense to try to take it.

Sealmistress would, of course, result in everyone trying to kill her dead so Konoha doesn't get another Minato.
Ironically?

That just sealed my vote for this: Partly because I am 110% baiting Drama to happen, but mostly because I really want people to come in expecting the traditional Uchiha kinds of bullshit, only to run into that built atop a very different equally potent level of bullshit.

And I mean, we just got put into Special Jonin for our sealing capabilities, so it's not like they haven't earned us some renown. I'm still gonna be happy if Crimson Sealmistress wins though, because it is something inherently more about our own personal skills.

In other News: Hinata made Chunin! Sweet!

So is anyone else worried about how this, alongside him going up against Gaara and getting bodied, might affect Neji's mental State?

Hisana has reached A-Rank Noiterity. Chose one trait from the list below.

[x] Student of the Copy Ninja: Hisana is known for adapting techniques to her own uses. Improves HIsana's ability to copy ninjutsu with the Sharingan.

[x] The Last Daughter of the Uchiha: Hisana is known for her status as the de-facto head of the Uchiha clan. Improves Hisana's abilities with esoteric Sharingan skills (genjutsu, etc.)

[x] Crimson Sealmistress. Hisana is known for her seal work. Improves Hisana's ability with seals.

[x] Weilder of the Sword fo Spring. Hisana is known for her superlative swordswomanship. Improves Hisana's ability with samurai-style techniques.

Hmm. All tempting. I guess the Uchiha trait is least so though, given we don't use a lot of genjutsu, and I don't think we have any plans to go for the Mangekyo.
The Sword trait... it is one of our big mainstays, so we'd benefit from it. On the other hand, I worry about becoming overspecialized. So in the end it comes down to Sealing or Copying for me.

We'd definitely benefit from better sealing, on the other hand I don't know how many countermeasures there are against seals and how much a prepared enemy could screw us over, plus our personal seals are very well suited for low-profile trump cards that don't give any obvious hints on how we do the things we do.

The copy trait may seem weak on the face of it, but at the same time most of the techniques we know that aren't seals or kenjutsu are ultimately copied, and many of them are quite good: Chakra Strings with their multiple derivatives, Chakra Draining, Chidori, and Arrow-Defying Hurricane, for the most notable. It's the trait that potentially gives us the most versatility.
Plus it's most likely to evolve into the reputation that appeals to me most come S-class, namely the Queen of Thieves that shamelessly steals the techniques of any other strong ninja she's ever even heard of. Though I do have a few things I'd like clarified before voting for it.

@Tekomandor:
- The Copy Ninja trait only applies to ninjutsu, and not to taijutsu, correct? Where's the boundary exactly regarding nintaijutsu such as the Gentle Fist or the Frog Sage Fist, for example, or hypothetical styles relying on touch seals and the like?
- How does the better copying manifest, exactly? Does it let us learn techniques more easily and give us the chance to copy better and more esoteric techniques than we could otherwise? Or does it manifest as Kakashi's fake-mindreading where he matches an enemy's jutsu while they're casting it? The former I'd be interested in, the latter less so.
- How easy is it for a prepared opponent to disrupt personal seals like we use? I'm worried that we might see stuff like Orochimaru messing up Naruto's chakra control by slamming an unmatched seal onto him in the forest of death, if everyone knows we rely heavily on personal seals.
- What exactly does 'esoteric Sharingan skills' include? Sharingan genjutsu, Mangekyo techniques, am I missing anything else? Copying is already covered by it's own traits.

1) They live in a village with Byakugan users, and Underground Projection Fish Technique is a C-rank technique we first see used by genin in the Chuunin Exams. It kinda stands out. Especially since IIRC they were moved from their original location to the edge of the village in the aftermath of Kyuubi, and had to build the district from scratch.

2) Thats certainly what the Uchiha were led to believe.
The fact that Black Zetsu was able to alter the tablet undetectably suggests that their belief about the illegibility of the stone was in error.

3) Sure Rin was able to perform an emergency field transplant.
But they were able to go home and get Kakashi into the hands of Uchiha medics with Sharingan expertise for expert review, back when Minato was the presumptive heir-apparent, and Uchiha-Konoha relations were still pretty good.
1) Danzo and ROOT show that's a solvable concern. The Hyuuga have absurdly long range with the Byakugan; Neji's range is 50 meters when he's 14, but that goes up to 800 meters in Shippuden - and at 18 Hinata apparently has a range of 20 kilometers. Also, the tablet was in Naka Shrine for a long time, well before the Kyuubi attack.

2) Yes, so they would have acted like it was true.

3) Even if we assume Kakashi got post-mission treatment to take care of any long-term issues, that doesn't change that Rin - at age 13 - was able to implant an active Sharingan in Kakashi's socket and he was able to use it and complete the mission. I don't think medical concerns for natural-born Uchiha specific to the Sharingan are a significant concern, or one we need to handle personally when we have medics we trust.

I'm not going to bother responding to you acting like canon Sasuke was a reasonable person who made logical decisions.

While Hisana is something of a copy nin herself it only rarely comes about through the Sharingan's copying ability, most of the time its a form of imitation via sealing- like Final Hurricane for Tsunade or Lightning Blood for Shisui.
That's... not entirely accurate. Hisana tends to pick up either techniques or ideas from other people (Tsunade's seal, Shisui's shunshin method) and adapt them, but she also copies techniques outright and integrates them into her arsenal:
Yoroi's Chakra Draining Jutsu.
Earth Release: Sand Spear Barrage. This technique, used by Shukaku...
Wind Release: Arrow-Defying Hurricane. This technique, used by Shukaku...
Chidori. This famous jutsu, the sole original creation of the Copy-Nin Kakashi...
(Yes, Hisana initially copied the Chidori, then Kakashi made her learn it properly).
She'll also adapt them to use seals, sometimes, but she could absolutely put her fist through someone's chest with Chidori if she had to.

I will draw everyone's attention to the events of Konoha Crush 5.4:
Orochimaru was faster and stronger than his teacher, but Sarutobi turned his student's blows against him. The God of Shinobi used the very last of his strength, putting his student on the defensive - leading him to a place of Sarutobi's choosing. Then, his second shadow clone wrapped his arms around Orochimaru, and the Shinigami's arm sped out.

Something else was going to beat it there. Only Tobirama saw it, and he recognised it for what it was. A man, hidden throughout the entire battle via powerful genjutsu, was surrounded by purple energy. The energy formed a ribcage, then an arm, then a sword. The man inside wore a black trenchcoat, and his eyes unmistakably held the power of the Mangekyou Sharingan.

Tobirama activated the seal he'd placed on Sarutobi's back. Earth-natured chakra rushed through his system along seals painstakingly inscribed on his body, increasing his own durability massively. He burnt his entire chakra capacity on the technique, and then burnt it again and again; drinking from the never ending well his undead state allowed him.

The blade, shrouded in a storm of chakra flow, pierced through Tobirama. It was beyond defending against - but it was not beyond slowing down. It pierced through Tobirama, and hen through Sarutobi's chest. Though it did not kill him instantly, his heart was probably damaged.
Trenchcoat Uchiha motherfucker stood in the middle of a fight between Orochimaru, Sarutobi, zombie Tobirama and zombie Hashirama.
A four Kage fight.
And the only person who noticed him was Tobirama, and that was when he was in the middle of striking.

We need all the help with our genjutsu we can get.
We can improve our fuinjutsu, ninjutsu and swordsmanship the normal way.
Countering high-level genjutsu is an entirely different affair.

[x] Weilder of the Sword of Spring. Hisana is known for her superlative swordswomanship. Improves Hisana's ability with samurai-style techniques.

This seems like the thing she'd actually be known for, since it's the most obvious part of her repetoire.

We can put points into Fuinjutsu, ninjutsu and swordsmanship.
We cant put points into esoteric Sharingan skills.
Furthermore, genjutsu is one of our weakest skills. And yet its plot-critical.

The Eye of the Moon Plan is a widescale genjutsu plot.
The Kurama sideplot is a genjutsu thing.
One of Kabuto's endgame upgrades is a genjutsu mod that fucked up even Itachi.
Danzo's stolen Sharingan is a mindhack genjutsu eye.
Sharingan control of tailed beasts and tailed beast energy is an esoteric sharingan skill.

We need all the help we can get with our genjutsu or we run the risk of being removed from play like that.
