You do know the MAWLR can walk on complete vertical structures . Just imagine it climbing over skyscrapers. That's will be a terrifying sight. I feel bad for the poor people who invade a city with that thing sitting in it.

I like the idea of dealing with Theta BEFORE we board the train, but I don't think that's a shot that can actually be made, we also want to take Theta alive if we get the chance. The rest of the plan is good though.
It's a shot that can be made, easy? no but can be made and unfortunately yes it would be nice to catch Theta alive they have shown themselves to be too dangerous and we need to do everything we can to limit casualties besides we do have Iota.
No the other plans allow the train terrorist the initiative by not taking them out immediately. They wait until after the train slows down something that takes awhile to happening giving the dangerous terrorist all the warning and time they need to do something horrible beyond what they already have tried. I am not lying or misleading anything.
I feel like the Battletech rpg might have rules for this, but I'm not sure. I'll need to take a look as I doubt many structures could survive a 400+kg suit walking on them.
400 kg is the PA(L) suits and they can move around with out much issue. Light Battle Armor is almost always used for Urban and ambush in urban environments so they should be useable. Also Surprised that the elite police force on Helghan didn't get given some of the minuteman suits.
400 kg isn't that much. That's, like, the weight of an above-average full bathtub. I wouldn't expect much trouble.
Yeah 400 kg isn't much but Silver is asking about the light battle armor which is 750 kg. They would be what amounts to the New Heavy Infantry replacement later on.
Plus any we capture alive in the Warehouse, which includes two of their best (that actually sounded worse than it was intended).
Why are you going for v3 it gives the terrorist all the time they need to cause even more problems?
