when said aloud, the 'sight's ear' will become 'sightseer'. which can be taken in its colloquial use of 'tourist' or it can be taken in terms of 'sight-seer' as in someone who sees things (especially traveler-attracting 'sights') as a seer would.

the 'dancing' adjective is mostly filler, but when you read 'dancing sight' then this becomes a nounphrase for something being seen (with the connotation that this nounphrase is a 'sight' to see or a tourist attraction), which would in turn refer to ling qi, making the art her ear.
and given that most of the time Ling Qi isn't seen at all unless she wants to be...well, anyway this front portion of the name works with any gerund (any '-ing' verb form), so if anyone has a more descriptive [gerund] Sight that more accurate or specifically indicates Ling Qi, that would be good.
