I actually forgot about that. Yes, that's another reason to recruit him. If we bring in Assayer and he gives Gestalt a reading that he has been affected by the Simurgh, then he's a good candidate for Dragon to test her "experimental" Simurgh rehabilitation techniques and prove their effectiveness. And yes, his attitudes might change as a result, but it can only go up from "scared witless."

If he is Theo then I'll say:

[X] Claim him. He seems more like a scaredy cat than a monster, and his variety of powers would let him fill many roles in the Arcana… if you can trust him.

We can test out the LSD treatment on him :p

With how scared he is get the feeling he rather do anything else seems more like he was forced here

Also we literally have a PRT afilliated team behind us, they legally have to report us if we kill a Cape who was not defending himself.

Honestly I'd just let the Protectorate have him. He's still a minor and depending how well things are going with Kayden and Aster, I would feel better about reuniting a family. If the Nazis had a serious impact on Theo during the time the had hold of him then it's better to let professional therapists who are trained in de-radicalizing to manage him.

Not really seeing why Arrest AND Flip would be needed, unless its to indicate we're insisting he serve time or somesuch as part of any conversion.

Not 100% sure this is the right choice, but hey, extra fire power is always handy

Ugh... Don't know which way to vote... I like both Flip/Protectorate chooses and Claim for reasons that a bunch of others have given ranging from reuniting him with Kaiden and Aster to keeping an eye on him and potentially testing the LSD-defuser technique if it turns out he's Ziz'd (This is a major reason why I want to have Tim take a closer look at Ziz's corpse in the next build vote. Maybe not answers for this specifically, but we'll no doubt learn something interesting.)...

@Silently Watches, if I we vote for multiple of the listed options, will the the votes be combined, or will the leading vote win in this case?
 
So, things seem to be going well. Multiple capes taken down and no casualties on our part.

On another though- when we are officially announced as a 'corporate' team by Dragon will we start getting requests from the Canadian government? Dragon does technically live in Canada after all. :p

@Silently Watches with the Wolfhead rapidly becoming defunct what local gangs are left other than the one headed by Laura's dad? If he's smart he should have noticed the shot across the bow that the PRT did against every villain gang by revealing the mass producible power armor. And any established gang leader would keep an eye on newcomers and rival groups.

I wonder if he'll realize that Winter Hill is on borrowed time when the PRT takes credit for the destruction of the Wolfheads gang and PRT starts moving onto other gangs.

At any rate, I'm really looking forward to the interludes showing the announcement. A PHO interlude would be welcome but I know such a post can get clunky and hard to work with the format.
