[X] Infiltrate the dome building

Just because I feel like more important things tend to be inside buildings .

[X] Infiltrate the bridge village

my interest has always been in the fringes of the setting, and even if I doubt Ling Qi is gonna go 'r they ppl too' from infiltrating one village of a set of things with drastically different biology than her, I do want to seed that line of thought

Think we should try for the dome since that's where we can spy on how to poison their crops and find the difference of the feral one's with the more intelligent ones and turn it to our advantage.

[X] Infiltrate the bridge village

War's are fought with logistics first, soldiers second. Getting an idea for their rat-troops is good and all but knowing what resources they value could be vital. They're pulling something from the river and putting something else back, that sounds like a primitive transport system to me. Also if we learn where that river is coming from or going it could give us a better idea of the layout of their villages/cities. I doubt its 'fishing' as they have the fields but even if it is, it could let the sect poison/tamper with it and mess with their supply lines.

I think the Dome is a trap. Either intentional, this is a forward base and they must have known a reprisal was coming eventually, or not. That assassin got the jump on us and we know there are better ones. Let our Senior Brother take the riskier infiltration, we've been neglecting our stealth lately so shouldn't push it.

Most importantly, we're bound to hear about obvious buildups of forces, drafting, local notables, etc. Also, I really want Ling Qi to get a "Shinseki Yori moment" as someone else mentioned. Really though, her Barbarian thing is hypocritical and I just want to see her grapple with it as I have a hunch these things were inspired by "The Beast in the Cave".

Would be rather difficult to poison as the river is underground, won't know where it leads unless we've fully mapped out more of the underground and if it even leads to another cavern at all or just keeps going.

how do you poison toxic creatures? they cultivate impurities the river is probably poisonous if it were to poison or better clean, I think it would be obvious to them
