Hey guys, how long does that Linker core serum take to kick in?
Because if it works instantly then couldn't we just use Epoch to rewind Missy if she ends up with a bad mutation and then try again?
I don't know if anyone's asked this yet but if this is the case it seems like a good idea just in case she gets a low number.

We can't get a low number. There won't be a roll. Missy's result is pre-planned and set-in-stone. Has been for a long while now.
And this is a sort-of-clever but also very annoying thing to even try. Bad results are part of the game, and trying to min-max them away isn't going to make things better. I personally hope Silently just says 'No' to this, because even though it's not applicable to Missy, I don't want to see it used if we decide to give anyone else a Linker Core in the future.

Eh, fair enough. It wouldn't do to break the mechanics.
Honestly the only reason I suggested this is because it's Missy.
The only reason we're risking Missy at all is she has 'Social Events: Yes' rather than an actual counter, so it isn't a risk. If it wasn't at that stage I'm pretty sure we'd be setting up to spam more social events with her before doing this.

Triple A Frost Affinity is on par with Fate and Nanoha.
She could be a city-buster in her own right, and she has apparently high enough affinity with Cassiel to Unison without any training.
An Intelligent Device and Unison and people would be mistaking her for a mini Endbringer. Doubly so because ice based attacks are both energy and physical, AND very few barriers are designed to cope woth being drained of energy and motion rarher than heated or smashed to failure.

This isn't violating the Unwritten Rules. They aren't going after civilian identities, but their strategy is still effective for any new cape who lives in their turf.
Option #1. New cape joins WH.
Option #2. New cape plus/minus family leaves. This way they aren't seen in WH territory even though WH doesn't track them down in civie ID to make sure.
Option #3. New cape doesn't WH but still tries to operate in WH territory, or at least risks being seen in costume. Lots of violence and brutality until Option 1 or 2 happens or the new cape dies.
Technically there is a fourth option, the new cape just isn't active and stays at home, but these are capes we're talking about. That won't happen.

There is a fifth option. The new cape changes somewhere else, and doesn't walk around in Winter Hill territory in costume.

I have never seen "mind if I tag along" without the "along" before, as "mind if I tag," at all, to the point that I find it perplexing that you think the along is a typo.
Don't forget that when we Unisoned, we had wings, so Laura might have them as well, and they were just hidden from view by the sheets. People would be freaking out about Ziz coming back, and the funniest bit would be that they were technically correct

What would be a good series in its place? Would need an Aleph import at best (and i think its still too new) for Irregular at Magic School or Certain Magical Railgun. I think the timeline is closer to Madoka Magica, and thats a bit of a downer that doesn't really refute her whole "I don't want the cape life, its bad for you" mindset.
Its not like we can show her Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha after al....
