Magical Girl Escalation Taylor (Worm/Nanoha)

[x] Brew Linker Core mutagenic serum for Missy (1 slot, 1 tech point)
[x] Pop Grey Boy's bubbles (max 4 slots, 3 bubbles per slot, 0 tech points)

[X] Plan More Mages
I was tempted to change the Storage Device into an Intelligent Device and make this Plan Smart Mages, but it's too late for me to think and go through things in-depth

[X] Plan More Mages
-[X] Experiment further with LCM and try to see how mutations can be managed or directed (2 slots)
-[X] Brew Linker Core mutagenic serum for Missy (1 slot, 1 tech point)
-[X] Storage Device for Kayleigh, bracelet (1 slot)
-[X] Pop Grey Boy's bubbles (2 slots)

You know, theres a sneaky side of this plan.

WIth all the good PR well get from popping the bubbles, the PRT will have a hard time coming down on us like a ton of bricks.

That was exactly my thoughts.

ALso, SW: I'm curious as to what Chevalier's and MM's reactions to the whole Fallen assault were - both regarding CW's part of it, but also Missy being there

They don't know.

They know that there was a Fallen attack, because that's not something that is kept secret, but it was off in another state. They know Missy was invited on vacation by some "friends from school", but she hasn't told them that it was the resort that was attacked by the Fallen.

Ah... Thats going to be Fun... with a capital F... I just don't exactly know who will say the F word first.

Again, Missy is more mature and aware than the voters, it's like people forget MM was willing to shoot a teenager in the head over PRT secrets.
Wait, what? Remind me, I think I've forgotten something.

Actually, thinking about it, can Missy actually resign? She's technically an orphan and literally a ward of the state, in addition to being a Ward. Legally speaking, they all but own her. Not that that's going to stop Taylor and co., but it vastly complicates the situation.
I think it's been said in this particular story that Wards have the right to leave at any time, legal guardians can't compel them. (It'd also basically be slave labor.) But even if that weren't the case, trying to compel a Ward to stay would be a bad idea for a host of practical reasons. They could deliberately sabotage PR and (if they were really angry) even the safety of anyone they were expected to fight with until the Protectorate had no choice but to drop them. All it would take would be refusing to fight or do anything else useful, after all.

Edit:
Does anyone else feel bad about not using the maximum 4 slots for popping bubbles?
Also, is there any way we can wipe the memories of the poor affected so they're not insane?

I don't know exactly when they should find out that Samantha was there, because that is going to be what kicks off the realizations that "oh shit Vista was there". I also honestly don't know what their reactions would/will be.
Wonder what Alexandria thinks. Because given how closely she keeps her attention on Taylor it's going to be obvious who sliced and diced the Fallen in the resort.

And when Taylor decides to demand every little bit of info from the Protectorate on the Fallen as they possess then she'll have confirmation.

Fanon MM is the team mom, protector of all children and banger of danny

CanonMM is a company girl who never really stopped being a good solider and does whatever shes told for the sake of the Protectorate/PRT.

In canon she shoves a gun in Lisa's mouth during the Echidna arc to shut her up when she was spilling the Triumverate's secrets.

Well, one way or another, this should be interesting.

I mean, I don't blame her for shoving a gun in Tattletale's mouth. Just look how this quest reacted to Tattletale being Tattletale way back when.

Worth noting that in normal circumstances, the legal guardian has a lot of soft power to keep a Ward on the team, since as minors they're heavily dependent on said guardian for basically everything, on top of emotional dependency.
The only issue arises when they have an alternative offer on the table, which NORMALLY the secret identity prevents. Secret identities means that a vast amount of the normal social support structures are isolated, they can't help because they aren't allowed to know theres a problem.

For much of the TSAB's faults, they're actually fairly responsible on their use of child soldiers. Nanoha had her family brought in and the situation explained, and her friends likewise understood, once they could pry it out of her, the institution was just such that a lot of the support structure themselves are career military.

Also not at all. We're doing this as charity and PR, not as a duty. Our needs first.

Of course Nanoha had the advantage in that her family is well acquainted with danger to one extent to another depending on how much of Triangle Hearts is canon for mainline Nanoha. So the family is rather well equipped with dealing with family members being in dangerous lines of work.
