Threads Of Destiny(Eastern Fantasy, Sequel to Forge of Destiny)

Voted best in category in the Users' Choice awards.
"The whole detached aloof act. I don't want to boss you around, but c'mon girl. I get that it helped when you didn't know what you were doing, but you're past that. You know your manners, you know the expectations, you've even got a fancier dress than anyone else. So just engage with the people your supposed to be chatting up already! Stop treating them like an obstacle or challenge and just treat them like people."
Honestly, it seems to cut down on the inanity that random people think we'll care about, so the aloofness is a plus in my mind.

At the very least LQ drifts into the periphery and lets other people deal with it. Or just zones out.

[X] Get answers, proactively seek out Luo Zhong during the victory celebration and press him, politely, on what exactly he wants.
Let's not waste time and just cut right to the heart of why we're here. Luo had some reason to want us there, and I'd like to know.

If it's just some attempt to connect socially, fine, but why give the invitation in-person?

Mmm, as a character action I really like the Luo option.

Narratively, however, the other followsnon much better from Ling Qi's developments in this update and getting her starting to actually socialise with people is really important. I don't want to make more excuses to not do that.

[X] Let him play his game, make up for lost time and try to forge a few more lines of personal acquaintance among his group.

I like this option, we shouldn't be scared of what he's doing.

You need to put an X in the brackets for it to count as a vote. People put un-Xed stuff in early posts because there's a thread rule "no voting until 2 hours after update," but want to indicate what they think we should do.

Its not done with hostile intent I think. More 'managing the new element' so that he can gauge and lessen any potential damage.

Being direct has its moments but should be done sparingly and with purpose. Even if he Luo Zhong wants something that doesn't mean we should drop whatever we're doing to find out what. Lets mingle a bit, talk about Spirit Ken with Alingge and solidify our new reputation as Cai Renxiang's enforcer with Wu Jing.

There's a time and place for calling people on their stuff, and it's not in the middle of a victory party. Unless we're deliberately having the convo in public, but that's a fair bit more hostile than I think this warrants.
