Threads Of Destiny(Eastern Fantasy, Sequel to Forge of Destiny)

Yep, the wisps have the ability to phase through physical obstacles. For reference:

While I'm sure that they can go underground and try to find underground caverns, doing so is going to be really hit and miss. These things are about the size of a coin, and it can't see underground, so it would have to meander around the underground until it eventually hit an underground cavern. That will be extremely tricky when the wisp is not large enough to hit a cave by accident.
No

The creator may see from the wisp's position

And we can see in the dark.

We can see in the dark perfectly fine, but we can't see through the ground. If it found an underground cavern, it would be able to see pretty much anything in the cavern, but it wouldn't be able to see the cavern until it was already in the cavern. Because the ground would be blocking the sight.

Ah misunderstood you. Well we might get X-RAY vision later. CDE stacks with basically any other possible perception art. It is an art that it makes sense to keep and not ever replace because any perception art can be made better by having extra points of view.

Hmm, perhaps using them to seek places might not work too wlll... but if we know there is a hidden basement/underground passage below us, we can send in there a wisp, and jump into it without needing to actually fin the entrance, I am guessing.

...Are there arts that allow quick creations of underground spaces? We could further maximize such synergy to create ourselves an underground pocket to hide in, at a moment's notice.
Heh, this is probably just wild guessing on my part, but oh well. This quest really is stimulating my imagination, heh.
There are most certainly arts that allow for the creation of underground spaces. The Fan Clan survived the Death of the Sun because their Patriarch had really delved deep into those abilities.

If you can imagine it, there is likely an art, or formation, that allows it to occur. Heck, Xuan Shi, a green 3 cultivator, had a formation that allowed something like time to be removed from an object. It's crazy what can be done.

I know what I want. A stealth skill advancement. Though having a CDE based upgrade sounds nice too.

(btw can't access discord right now so...):(

Will comment on some stuff later

Also moratorium over

So then, TRF and SCS would be most helpful for fighting.

SCS and CDE would be most helpful for scouting.

But, Narrative Weight added to the previous update, about making these decisions and contrasting with the Mirror leaves only one choice.

I want some perspective.

What a good update. Really cool and interesting conversation. Even if he is often creepy at least he can give advice.

I think that this gives the best bet for defense and mobility. Which, if we are venturing into Barbarian lands, is something that we will want.
