I like the aesthetics/narrative of this option (my reasoning basically follows that articulated by AKuz) and the increased customization potential appeals to me, especially as none of the other options align especially well with my preferred perk suite.

Don't know which issue I'd prefer a compromise on, but I'd like to keep the NC out of the coalition given that it doesn't need them and they'd only water down its agenda.

Edit: I'm voting for this both because I like the story implications, and I like having more actors in the area. Not choosing a few of these means they're dead, and I'd rather have more interesting people to play around with than less.

I think ensuring proper healthcare when there's no ability for the private sector to compensate is more important that adding yet another set of keys for the government to function.

This'll make for an excellent story, and I'm feeling suicidal anyway. This woman deserves more than an ignominious death at the hands of some Russian spook. However, I'd also be willing to go for

In that case, you could make the PC the Speaker of the House, as the Prime Minister in Switerland is Switerland's head of government even though executive power is vested in a Federal Council.
