I'm really bad at summaries so here goes.
Stephan was like any kid raised in the Corporate age, an orphan terrified of joining the workforce with the intense desire to be free to control his life. but all of that goes tits up when a maglev train crashes through his wall and ends up killing him. Now he's in a world he knows nothing about with a power that keeps changing on him for shits and giggles, trying to carve out a little slice of the burnt pie that is Brockton Bay.

Kathy's Brockton Bay Adventures is the story of an SI with the Tinker of Fiction powerset. The powerset makes you switch between different fictional universes between 1-3 weeks and allows you to build tech that can emulate things from that specific universe.
@Monk Penguin is the creator of this concept in his Quest Tinker of Fiction and I am writing and SI that has the same powerset, I already have posted this as omake in his quest but it evolved into its own thing so now it gets a thread...

A story about a trans self-insert with a CYOA-style tinker trump powerset, struggling with the reversal of their transition and the horrific stress resulting from being dumped on a veritable hellworld.
It is NOT just a straight "accumulate all the power and horde it" fic. In fact one of the reasons I made this is because almost all SI fics involve hoarding power, and it bothers my little anarchist heart.

So its like Brockton's Celestial Forge, but instead of being in Brockton Bay, we are in the mythical land of Texas two years prior to canon Worm. Its not in Houston though. It takes place the Alamo city with the Alamo in it. Prepare for big guns and weird worldbuilding. Big cows and bigger guns.
An SI as a portal tinker in Worm. The rub is that any portal longer than a foot would cost millions to produce. Hijinks ensue.
