the lack of space based assets.
Shouldn't that be "space-based"?

the Watchtower has little in the way of protection and nothing in the way of weapons… Other than its own mass.
Is that a reference to that one time Batman used the Watchtower as a ram?

the deaths of a large number of those in board.
I was expecting "on" here, but maybe I'm just not familiar with that wording.

an actual offensive space based force.
If you change to "space-based" it should be changed here too.

Alternatively, he could build a new one outright; when fixing the Watchtower, I'm pretty sure he got comprehensive scans of even the disabled functions.
Goes around any issues with the Guardians.
I agree that it sounds like a much better idea.

Except you know, that one guy, the one from the future, who gave him a heads up?
Even if you don't take it at face value, slot'em into the training scenarios for Christ's sake.

Lets not forget Truggs claims were in OLs report, so the league has to know about it... The question is who would even ASK about them knowing they are around the tech level of the Kubdians with a fuckton more resources to spare.

I think it might be reaching a bit to call this a training scenario. This is barely a briefing. OL is aware of the threat the Reach poses, but I think he's prioritizing in terms of the bigger short-term risk -- failing to address a short-term risk means there's not a world left to defend against the mid-to-long-term ones.

Enough technically-minded New Gods on the team to build Mother Boxes for everyone.
Not necessarily, Grayven was able to replace the Zeta tube network with Boom Tube generators without giving everyone Mother Boxes. Now that Scott Free's Mother Box is speaking with him he may be able to convince it to let him do the same. It is unlikely the League would take technology they don't understand but it is possible.

it isn't a "we cant tell who is speaking here" thing it's a literal grammar thing
Maybe this?

I also have... Let us call them 'grammatical idiosyncrasies'. These are not errors but intentional deviations from the norms of written English. For example, I use '..' to indicate a short unplanned pause in speech, while '...' indicates that speech trails off and stops. I also spell the exclamation 'whaw' rather than 'wow', due to the fact that as far as I am concerned it isn't a proper word but rather an attempt to write a noise and so should be written exactly as it sounds. There will be other examples as well.

I just realized that Nabu is just such a fucking downer. He has literally said nothing positive or uplifting during any of his dialogue, really. He only begrudgingly said he might armor himself. Everything else he has shot down or been actively hostile about.

Golem body? Shut your filthy Chaos mouth, I won't even consider it.

Magic map of Earth for magic teleportation? OL, you're too stupid to do shit.

Warding their facilities and protective amulets? The local Lord of Order never brought that up as a thing to do so far.

Does anyone even know what Nabu is doing in his off hours when he is out of sight of a League member?

Especially with his recent outburst I would hope more and more Nabu looks like some kind of fanatic. The League seem to be responding to this constructive criticism and actual solutions and suggestions.

Although why is Hawkwoman acting so butthurt over Paul using a hypothetical example of Thanagarian privateers? Hawkman didn't say anything negative about that choice.

Also Hawkwoman saying she's a better fighter than Hawkman. Okay. And she might still be fucked if she had to throw down with a Kryptonian or Martian out to for real kill her. Because both Hawks are using Nth Metal melee weapons primarily. They can fly which helps with distance and range but if they have to swoop in and facepunch, what's the point?
