Oddly enough, the wiki article only says that the unfortunate lady was plotting to seduce Hades; it doesn't say she was an old lover who Hades dumped for Perspephone.

If their information isn't on it and they are inside the United States, they are illegal immigrants.
If they have no records and are confined in an enclosed area with/without signs of physical abuse and/or deprivation, the false positive rate is going to be exceedingly low.
Would be one hell of an amusing way to turn up extra clones, by the way, assuming someone's been up to more illegal shenanigans without warding the lab.

Given that Calliope is Zeus' daughter, Earth-16 Harvey Weinstein probably doesn't want to keep ducking the open sky; a couple million in tax-refundable expenses is a cheap price to pay for peace of mind against Acts of God(and Goddesses).

You never know, maybe the reason they ran away was because they were into Bondage and figured their family would try to keep them out of it.
Certainly not a likely result, admittedly.Seems like there'd be a lot of 'invasion of privacy' complaints from that sort of plan. And how are you supposed to find out who a person is? DNA scan everyone around you and try comparing to a (highly) incomplete government database? Yank their wallets out of their pockets so that you can read their driver's license/birth certificate/etc to get their name and check it against a registry of some sort?
It sounds like this sort of thing would be really time and power intensive, rather invasive, and possibly illegal.

If I had to guess it was probably around the time where beings that could actually age and die showed up.

No. Destruction is the only one who claimed that and A: everyone else agreed he was talking out his ass and B: he is so bad at creating things that his dog literally makes fun of him for it.
Destiny utterly lacks free will to the point where he only does anything when his book says he will. Death is so disconnected from life that the only way she can even begin to understand it is turning herself mortal for one day a year. The biggest reason for Dream's angst is that the only permanent connections he has with people who aren't his siblings or his subjects are negative ones because dreams fade but nightmares can leave permanent scars.
It is fair to say that some of the Endless are fascinated by their opposites, but that is because they are immortal nigh-omnipotent beings reacting to the only things they can't have.
Either being the current Team minder, or just spending time with her son.

Oh, please don't bring the Entities into the argument with the Endless, because then we get into the "Who actually has dominion over what," argument, because we have both Death and Nekron... unless Black Hand was the Black entity, I was never really sure about that. And then there's about nine or ten different groups on Earth that claim that their gods were the ones that created the damn place, and those gods are corporeal and agree, but then how does that fit into the White Entity's story and the Guardians...
Also, Lust vs. The Predator, MAKE IT HAPPEN PEOPLE.
Furthermore, at one point, Dream states that Hope is more powerful than Anti-Life, so... how that relates into Blue Lanterns is unknown...

Or, for that matter, why gods of a specific emotion aren't sought out by rings for that color. Why is Aphrodite not a Star Sapphire? Hades a Black Lantern? Phobos a member of the Sinestro Corps? Elpis a Blue Lantern? Lyssa a Red Lantern?
I freely admit that I freshly googled these, but the point remains. There's lots of these guys floating around being EXACTLY the sort of things that these corps would recruit...
