. . .is it possible to weaponize the dimension shifter OL ganked plans for from Power Ring Blue? 'Cause if so, I've got another theory on how to handle Darkseid, and it involves finding a nice, dead dimension with nothing to dominate.
What little he got from that scan wasn't enough to build such a device. Also, Darkseid would no-sell it if it did.
In this context wouldn't this be "I understand" not understood?

Thank you, corrected.

I nod. "His Omega Effect? Does it.. actually erase anything from existence, or is it just a powerful energy beam?"

"The Effect is an outward manifestation of his cruel and vile domination. A being with a strong soul may survive for a few seconds, but that is the most I have ever seen anyone last."
"But that's super unfair!" say some.

"Darkseid IS", says Apokalips.

Ooh, I actually really liked Arisia in the Blackest Night. It's cool that she will be included eventually. Although IIRC you said it would be in 2012 that she would join?

Interesting that Speedy will join before Canis Minor. I wonder if he will be more willing than Artemis to get something better than a bow. His canon progression suggests so.

Also, do you have a similar one for the League that you would be willing to spoil?

Does that sound even remotely sensible to you?
Using a sword designed to cut and kill the most powerful amongst divine entities... to cut energies sent out by one of the most powerful divine entities...

I wouldn't say it's sensible-sensible, in the same way that cutting a bullet with a sword isn't sensible-sensible, but when dealing with posthuman reaction times and strength and whatnot, it's at least theoretically possible.

TLDR: Yes, it is remotely sensible in that "very remotely, not fully sensible" sort of way that nags your brain when the tiger-force at the center of the universe is stalking down the street to torture you to death, forever.

The colored quotation marks are usually used for enlightenment, so I'm not entirely clear on your intention here.
I also use 'full colour' for being completely consumed by an emotion, such as the SI while joined to the Ophidian and Psimon when Grayven removed his mental powers. In this case I'm trying to show that those little speech marks of will are the only things holding him back.
Also, last sentence has an extraneous period.

Darn it. I remember that picture being exactly how I want her to look. Now I have to replace it with something generic. Anyone got suggestions for something better?

No, doning. Apparently the 'n' doesn't double.
This should just be in Watts.1.8*10^14 according to Google
I'll take your word for it.

Considering the spiritual weight the sword probably has, its likely it would resist the Omega effect longer than almost anything else. If your standard no concept new god can resist it for a couple of seconds and someone like high father izalla can resist it for twenty seconds (?) then the sword should last at least double the time high father would last.

Sounds about right. Some of those won't be joining for a while. Frankly, the cast is more than big enough as it is.

Yes, but this version's trauma is nothing like as great as the canon version.

In any situation where that would be possible, just stabbing the bloke would be easier. Omega beams are fast and remote controlled.

Blocking with a sword is not going to help much with the omega beam.

Which is why it's the bottom percentile of "sensible". It's like having a gun - you could stick a bayonet to it and shank your enemy, but generally, shooting them is easier.

Unless you're a bunch of crazy Albionese in which case fix bayonets and charge.

Of course, generally, one could say thatthe best way to fight Darkseid is not to be fighting Darkseid and that the soundest course of action is to be elsewhere.

Approximately one quadrillion, eight hundred trillion Watts per minute of peak operation.
Should just be Watts, not Watts per minute. Originally meant that killowatt hours per minute could be simplified to Watts, since it's a unit of energy per unit of time. A colonial explaining metric units to a Brit. Never thought the day would come
