Is this a frequency illusion thing I'm only noticing because of his recent passing, or are you on a Steve Ditko kick? First the Objectivist strip, now this. Seems like there's more obscure Ditko content than usual.

(Took me a minute to remember what the damn thing was called.)
The Question was invented by Steve Ditko, but I'm not actually using his version of the character.

It looked to me like a minor continuity gag; the original Question was literally a toned-down version of Ditko's Mr. A that DC was actually willing to publish. (Mr. A, who was probably named after Rand's foundational precept "A is A", was published in a Comics Pros Fucking Around magazine, not anything with wide readership.) The Q and A parallel was presumably intentional.

...y'know, his having the shamanistic magic really makes a lot more of Vic Sage's...quirks...suddenly make sense.

Having read the comic it seemed more like the other way around.

Shamanism being big on alternative states of consciousness, the implication was that his shamanism is power born of madness as tv tropes would coin it.

The comic was big on emphasising that his magic was self taught, and that he was always off, even in college where he had a huge crush on Lois Lane.

But to Lois he was the somewhat creepy but harmless guy who stared at her a lot in the student newspaper.

At least in the comic, it wasn't clear here by Zoat's wording if he taught himself here while in Nanda Parbat or if he was taught by someone else while in Nanda Parbat.

speaking to the members of the Justice League.
speaking to the members of the Justice League?

having a fallout
having a falling out

Mr Sage sides
Mr Sage slides

It if is
If it is

into the car besides him
into the car beside him

break them down
break it down

take after Mr Sage
take off after Mr Sage

any of us could be hit by a car tomorrow.
But most of the League and half the Team could walk it off :).

The Question, Mr. A.... now I secretly hope for a meeting with Rorschach!
Unlikely. I have no plans to cross over with Watchmen. A Charlton team up is probably the closest that would happen.
Needs fixing. "take"
Thank you, corrected.
