if Grayven has a RECORDING of that conversation, he has blackmail material capable of DESTROYING supes.
we're talking "lex luthor getting caught red-handed on LIVE international TVm robbing a bakesale intended to raise money for cancer research AND burning the proceeds, and getting arrested" destruction of reputation here!
NOBODY would EVER trust him again- even if it was never bought up out-loud,there'd be too many questions about wether he'd "let me/ my wife/little sister/2 year old daughter die because the paperwork would be inconvenient..."-regardless of IF that was the actual reason he was pissed-im sincerely hoping that Renverse Bruce grabbed the idiot ball (and started rubbing his face all over it) and delayed passing the briefing files around to the other founders....
barring the hyperbole, what i mean is the COA he's claiming to have wanted grayven to take would have involved sacrificing innocents in exchange for "not stepping on the toes" of either Britan's Government (impossible, given it was literally rotten to the very core!) or not freaking out other nations (which would have gotten innocents killed, or maimed/mentally scarred for life while achieving NOTHING-if not leading to a foreign club-member giving them a tipoff...that a MASSIVE raid was coming,and to BOLT)-which is..... directly contrary to his entire theme as an inspiration-type paragon AND his public image...

I totally get where Supes is coming from. He specifically said that they were working on another approach, one which I assume would not shut the doors that allowed them to intervene in the present crisis.
It's like in Dune that the Fremen had a word for the quality to impose in one-self a delay between desiring for a thing and reaching for it. The Fremen lived in a planet so deadly the were able to conquest the galaxy or somesuch as soon as they had ships and a reason to go out. Their entire culture revolved around being cautious because any mistake you did could be catastrophic, hence the word. I'd argue that Supes and powerful capes live in a similar position because of how the slight shift of their weight could affect the entire planet, and in such case it's not a good idea to just react, this is how super-villains get to you.

Grayven told Superman that he didn't agree with Supe's viewpoint and walked away to continue the clean up in England. Short of Superman/the Justice League actively getting involved on the British establishment's side there's not much Superman can do. And with Grayven infodumping the background to the Net, the League can't intervene without looking like they support that shit. Grayven was not in a subservient position in that debate, which is part of why Kal-El snatched Grayven, because he did not want to hold that conversation in public.
The Revolution has been televised and is now a fait accompli.
I'd assume little to no effect really. Most passionately religious people tend to view it as 'if it doesn't match my interpretation it's wrong'.

Of course, Grayven may find that Batman had a busy couple days and hadn't had time to fully read it and there was a problem or two in the Plan

I don't know if superman can speedread but the league are often busy with random supervillains or natural disasters.
Plus their secret identities.

Let's be honest here: if it were me, when a supervillain/loose cannon superhero delivers to me a plan to overthrow the British government... I'd make time for that, because no matter what the reasons are for that, it's probably more important than almost anything that I'm likely to be dealing with at the moment. Anything more important than that would probably involve the destabilizing agent as well, due to it being something like an alien invasion.
They could have had Flash speed read it in two seconds, and summarize it for everyone once he was done throwing up.

I am now imagining some technomagical monstrocity where the cups are shaped like drills, including spiral drilling grooves made out of some magical, enchanted metal. And they actually rotate and work as drills, so you can use them to bore into someone to pierce armor and rend flesh by getting into a good position during a grapple. You know, something functional yet practical, while being horrifying at the same time!
Assuming any of them even know it exists.
They don't have a league meeting every day you know. They don't spend every off-screen moment hanging around on the watchtower waiting for grayven to talk to them.
Two days for what Grayven told Scott was a non-emergency might not have even reached them yet.

In that case, isn't that on Scott for not realizing that Grayven's definition of "non-urgent" doesn't match up with literally everyone else's? It's not like Scott doesn't know Grayven, and frankly, a timeframe of a month for overthrowing a government is practically nothing, a blink of an eye. Grayven's a dick, no denying that, but someone in the League messed up, too, if absolutely nobody was aware of the document/made time to review it.
That's what phones are for. Scott calls everyone after he's done reading the file, because of what's in the file. Keeping in mind that the League are all superheroes, so they are always on call unless they're already fighting a super villain, and sometimes even then if it's not a particularly dangerous one.

between the mention of Match and the Source, i somewhat get the impression of Grayven, though the fact that Kon is still a hybrid makes it clear it's actually Paul here.

He mentioned Match to the Jor-El program when they brought Kara to the Fortress, and Jor-El seemed likely to get on Kal's case about that, something Paul was also going to do.
They found Match in Cadmus but IIRC they never woke him up. They are hoping to correct his mental/medical issues first.
Palvos knows about the Source Wall from his Meta-knowledge, though Grayven probably knows more (due to getting additional info on it from Fatherbox, and later Motherbox).
