Mm. Jason Blood would be an issue, because if they inducted Jason and then the truth about Etrigan came out there'd be uproar, and if they inducted both, the fact that an out and out Demon was a member would cause an uproar. Blaze, meanwhile, is pretty good at the PR game, and doesn't look as obviously demonic as Etrigan. She's universally depicted as having horns, but those can be played off as a metahuman trait pretty easily. Her intermittently red skin might prove an issue when coupled with the horns, but she is extremely adept at glamours so like as not it wouldn't a problem either.

The only part of this that caught me was the whole "not moving back in to the mountain until I find a replacement for Batman."

I don't get that. Why wouldn't he? I mean it was his home for a year and he has done a LOT of work on its defenses. I really can't see Paul living anywhere that isn't kitted out to all extremes. I mean he already knows of a group that likes to break in and steal his stuff.

Plus the idea of Paul breaking further away from the team...saddens me.

Random thought, but since Supes is vulnerable to magic (or at least as vulnerable as the next guy which is pretty damn vulnerable when you're used to tanking buildings to the face) has he done anything to address that since OL came along? I don't remember, did he ever get a Spell Eater?

I'm sorry, forget the mushy stuff, Paul has had the ability to build matter replicators for how long now?! Has this come up and I've just missed it?
Starfleet is a go!

Ah, I thought it just meant completely unresponsive. I'll change that.
Well, I guess, technically it does mean completely unresponsive. Because they're fucked up.

Pauls home could be in a house that Prince whatshisface who's marrying his girlfriend, gives him on Tamaran, for making it possible to marry his girlfriend, and it'd take him about as long to get to Gotham as if he was in Mount Justice. But yes, it saddens me too.

I think it's less of him being forbidden, since no one save a few members of the League could actually stop him, but more like Batman asking him a favor which helps out the League since they themselves are having trouble recruiting a new magical member. Paul considers it his home but wants to put off meeting the team until he's done dealing with their mentors who are likely to order them to limit their interaction with him, after recruiting Blaze or Dr. Mist it's likely the Team will reunite and celebrate Paul's return at the mountain. Paul is currently the 'Constantine' of the group, someone well intention who decided to solve the problem as confrontational as possible, more or less breaking their 'rules' and getting away with it with barely a slap on the wrist.

Plus while Paul has squared away the fact that he'll never be on the Justice League or friends with any of the members, save for a few, the other members of the Team are less likely to do so. Since a major reason why the core members of the Team came together was to show their mentors that they were ready to join the Justice League and face the same enemies as well, Cornwall Boy had a minor freak-out about losing his chances of joining the League by helping Paul take down Nabu, with other members hoping to join as well once they become legal adults and asked to join. There are members of the League who could be worried that their side-kicks might be influenced to follow Paul's footsteps in regards to dealing with certain enemies thus undermining everything they strived to instill into them, since Paul follow most of the conventional guideline required to be a hero while either subverting or ignoring other such as using lethal tactics instead of just subduing their enemies.

Jade's still dead to the world, face down in the pillows next to me. She doesn't appear to have curled up against me in her sleep, but she was pretty tired-.
So, she wants sex and intimacy, but she's not yet ready to unconsciously cuddle? It could mean something, but it could just be she's not in that space yet?

If you're going to wake her up, may I suggest using the ring to hack her alarm clock and setting it to play this?

Probably one of the very first things he did, in reflexive fear. But, Zoat said that Lucifer's not appearing in this, so it's a moo point.

Otherwise, I'm sure Lucifer would want to learn Pauls Instant Transmission. Something that takes him completely out of the universe? Yes please.

Should I assume that Paul just massages and talks with Jade until she falls asleep? I don't believe that Paul could finish having sex with Jade in one night with how much he do so much shit to even do anything with holly and her GF. Like, they haven't even move to the bed and some dude who study in college already got his diploma while Paul just wants to clean both of Holly legs for symmetry.

By in-universe time this Paul's spent a lot more time with the girl. But then again this is Paul...
