Y'ello @OogahBoogah!
I'm actually a former developer of DVV and its spin-offs, and I'm interested in what you're cooking up here, most especially with her decision to implement elements from DC Comics. I've contacted YattaMan2701 to work with his own contributions to the Quest, and I was hoping to add a couple neat villains and other small things if possible. We can try contacting each other on Discord if that sounds agreeable. Also, another project I'm heavily involved in that you and others might find interesting: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Fanfic/BatmanArkhamKingdom.

Pain.
That was what Selina felt at that moment; unbearable pain both in herself and in her rescuee's eyes.
Selina went and checked Miss Gordon's pulse - thankfully it was nice and strong. Even if she had lost a lot of blood from that waist wound, it luckily wasn't a fatal blow.
She found herself settling next to the woman and checking for other injuries, wondering what it might have looked like when she lost to Poison Ivy.
She wondered if the plant villain had stuck her in a tube or just thrown her into a chemical vat before making her own alterations…..
She frowned looking down at Barbara, thinking of Brucie and remembering everything else leading up till now….
How could it all have gone so terribly wrong?
—Earlier that Week—
"A billion micro-organisms will enter your bloodstream. Spores will grow, replacing the blood in your veins, and when I'm done, your flesh will be replaced with bark."
Selina jumped out of the way of another attack, redirecting it towards one of Ivy's braindead - and brainwashed - goons.
"I've spent weeks perfecting the toxins that will destroy your pathetic meat sack of a body."
It was meant to be simple, really: just neet up with Ivy, hope that she wasn't still upset about you not saving those plants, and plan a big power move for control of the city. Easy.
"You can't outrun nature, Selina. My spores will fill your lungs and–"
What you didn't account for, was the fact that spending months in this god-forsaken city would push Red to her limits. Ever since she got injected with TITAN by those TYGER creeps, Red has been more unhing-
*THUNK!*
"...Uh" Selina felt faint, and then… darkness.
Ivy just stood there, grinning in the comfort of her lair. She stood up from her Venus-Flytrap seat and walked to Selina's unconcious body, cupping her face with one hand.
"Did you really think you could beat mother nature?"
--- Some time later ---
--it felt cold as the surface underneath her held stable as her blurry vision dared to clear.
Immediately as she was conscious enough, she tried to get up in front of the harsh surface but found herself befuddled and fighting against restraints - vines.
oh.
She was meeting with Red… they fought, didn't they?
Before her thoughts could continue, Ivy came in.
— POV CHANGE, The Plant —
Dr Pamela watched closely as her new pet project woke up from her slumber.
"How interesting~"
Catwoman was barely complete, but the Botanical Terrorist found Selina waking up to be a rather fun thing.
'Oh well, I needed to get on with the schedule regardless…'
"Oh, welcome back Selina. I was about to add the finishing touches." Pamela said, with a faux innocent smile on her face; a smile that, under the improvised lab's skylight, came across as way more sinister than it would reasonably be.
The small minute of panic that crossed her test subject's incomplete and wooden face was in some part hilarious, and in other part concerning.
Selina would soon understand that this was for her own good….
Whatever. It wasn't like she was expecting thanks, but she might as well punish her lab rat for being so ungrateful as of late.
Ivy placed her hand on Selina's face, caressing her in a motherly fashion as she commanded the woman's mostly plant body to deviate further from the spawning vines that looked as if they belonged on old, grand and imposing bushes - violent and beautiful.
However, with the new addition, Selina fell into deep sleep after screaming bloody mary at the abrupt punishment Pamela forced upon her.
Dr Isley rolled her eyes at the fragility of the messed up human on her table, the new addition of vines had unfortunately compromised the woman's torso, causing blood to seep out of the stretched skin that had burst.
— as she watched the Demetrite enzyme seep through showed interesting insight into the human's digestive system mixing it up with plant biology.
"How nice~~" she sultry whispered.
Ivy conjured some more vines to wrap around Selina tightly and stabilize her watching as the darker green vines became stained with lighter green spores that now replaced Selina's blood.
Taking a step back, Doctor Isley admired her work of art.
Selina had many light green vines and veins poking through her skin, like fungi across a forest floor - but with smooth polished skin.
"The test subject's eyes had changed just ever so slightly to give a green tone instead of red, such a pretty image~. In addition to that, the growing flowers decorating her deep back hair gave a beauty of contrast."
Ivy grabbed one of the petals harshly after coddling it, curious of her new creation… the flower bled and Selina whimpred under her.
Selina's face forcefully contorted to an expression of discomfort, looking like a wooden puppet - it was almost a reverse Pinocchio situation.
Selina was now complete - a clash of human and plant that would show the wider world the incredibility of a lymphic life.
Pamela stifled a giggle as she realized Selina's vines had tried to grab onto her to stop her from harming the thief, the thorns beautifully resembling small fangs as the vines themselves shook and moved rough and uncoordinated like an unborn baby.
—POV CHANGE, The Cat—
Selina woke up groggy, feeling twisted and wrong in so many ways - some parts of her felt like they were on fire, others like she was being stabbed or held together in many directions from the inside and outside.
She looked around, and found herself choking in horror at her own appearance - if it could even be called that anymore.
The first thing she noticed upon looking at her reflection was the messy crumpled decoration of flowers upon her head, fragile and strange.
She reached out to touch the flowers on her head, but gentle nudges sent signals down her spine like hair that had been placed in one direction for too long…
Her breath quickened as she ruffled through her hair slightly harsher before flinching again at the strangeness and absurdity of the motion.
Her focus was stolen again when she noticed another strange change in her body as her arms brushed against her face feeling weirdness.
Upon closer inspection, Selina once again forced her turbulence of emotions deep down as she took further stock at all the mess.
Her face was of a strangely wooden quality - like an old -timey doll…
Further search found her looking at her torso with vines wrapped around her…
SPLOOSH!!
Selina immediately flinched and turned towards the sound, anxious she was no longer alone anymore -
Then Selina found herself flinching again at the sight of a green thorny vine near the edge of her line of vision.
With no motion for another minute, Selina turned towards the vine… following where it came from to- towards herself?
Turning around showed that the vines came from her back…
Touching the vine was even stranger, like expecting to hold another person's hand but holding your own…..
Some prompting from her own mind allowed her to consciously move the vine, however it seemed her body had adjusted before her mind did as the vines sprouting from herself (as much as it hurt already) seemed to act upon her inner thoughts and feelings of her environment…
Selina pulled herself up, clouded with pain as she dragged herself as fast as she could away from the crazed botanist.
"Now now, Selina. Why are you so scared? I swear I won't hurt you… too much…"
"And besides, even if I wanted to, I don't have to keep you near for that: thanks to my improvements, I'll know where you are even if you try to hide. So don't try to run away without informing me, m'kay love?"
A poisonous kiss met her lips, and Selina couldn't feel her body. "Now, run along little kitty. I'll let you know when you can start to repay me for this gracious gift . "
And Selina ran, eyes wide and full of tears. She ran, and ran, and ran.

It was already a pain living in this city without Strange poking his ugly face in everyone's problem, and she certainly didn't want to deal with his private army. 'And besides, even if I am spotted, I'd rather spare Miss Gordon from such a terrible fate.'
Her inner thoughts got interrupted by…

Her good hand (the non-wooden one) flew to the burly man's jaw, breaking said jaw in just one swift move.
"Now" Selina cooly said, no emotion to be found in her "Unless you want this 'kitty-cat' to break every other bone in your body, I'd suggest you leave these chumps alone..."
One thin inmate tried to charge at her with a small knife, but she dodged and tripped him. As he fell, she stomped Aggressively on his genitals.
Two Down, One to go.
"... And FUCK OFF!!" She roared at the last inmate, feeling her veins tighten from the stress of the last couple of weeks.
The Rabbit-mask wearing goon took a look at his companions, and wisely decided to run away.
After getting rid of the inmates, Selina turned her head towards the Political Prisoners "Are you people okay?" she asked in a bored tone.
"Y-you saved us… But why..? Nevermind, Thank you." The voices were unsteady and disbelieving that they were safe.
"Tsk, don't thank me. Just go find somewhere safe to stay." She replied.
Turning away, she didn't seem to recognize that one of the people she 'saved' was a peculiar Red-Jacket and Green-Scarf wearing journalist...
[3 Political Prisoners saved. Someone will remember this...]
As she kept dragging Barbara's unconcious body, she had to stop for a moment in an alleyway near the Cathedral. It was one of the few 'safe' areas of the city, and as such, one of the few places where everyone could get medical supplies. After gathering her wits for a moment, she went to the church's doors.
"Medics", she announces, slamming the doors open with her trademark flair "We have a problem"
"Uh-What?" One of the startled medics mutters, while the others get on the defensive. A natural response, condisering just which one of the departed Caped Crusader's Rouges walked in.
And then, they saw Barbara.
A couple started to shout at you, while the others ran to get the medical supplies needed to patch Miss Gordon up.
"Calm down, I didn't do this to her. I just found her in an alleyway, bleeding from a gunshot wpund"
"... and why should we trust you? How do we know this isn't something that you stag-" "Because I have some goddamn morals." Selina angrily replied.
...
Blam!
A bullet grazed Selina's ear and embedded itself in the shoulder of a nurse.
"..You stay here, I'll go check out what was that." Selina calmly said - too calmly.
The medics just rushed to the nurse, allowing the feline thief to slip put of the Church and confront the problems.
Once outside, she saw a gaggle of at least twenty armed goons: some dressed to resembles the stereotypical gangster - with felt hats and nice suits -, others were equipped with unique weapons - flamethrowers and gas-tanks -, but they all mostly looked like regular thugs - give or take a clown's mask or an animal-themed shirt.
"The bosses were right, there's still more of them Bat-Bitches suckin' air!" An hooded inmate with the Penguin's logo says "Aw jayzuz, the fuck happened to Cat-chick?!?"
"Aw hell! Just kill her already before she-!" A pig-masked goon starts to say, but before he can finish….

POW!
Two Penguin Goons are sent flying through the air, knocked immediately unconscious.
"Shit!" One of the mobsters yells, firing the machine gun at Catwoman "Mow the bitch do-GUAWRGH!!"
2. 3.
The thug would be surprised to find an immense thorny appendage piercing his scapula. Before anyone could fully process the new development, Selina commanded her limb to swing the disgusting man into a small crowd of his fellows. As the wounded thug was hurled into his friends, the tail detached itself from his viscera and plunged a sharp tip into the eye of a bunny-masked killer. He didn't even have time for a yelp before he felt his eyes melt off, causing him to howl in pain, slip and hit the back of his head on the concrete road - thus dying.
Two more gangsters readied their trembling hands to discharge their weapons, before the tail wrapped around both of their throats and slung them away.
Selina had never hurt someone like this before. But it felt good.

Selina stopped for a moment, feeling as if she miscounted the goons that she knocked out.
'Wait, only 19?-'
PH-BANG!!
"Aaargh!!" Selina screamed, as an incendiary round hit her square in the stomach. She tumbles backward, with unimaginable pain coursing through her body as the flames try to burn her from her more plant-like parts.
"What's the matter, plant-pussy? Scared of a little Fire Power? Eh eh eh…"
An ugly looking goon bragged, dressed like a firefighter but strapped with a flamethrower. Clearly, one of Firefly's crooks.
"You know, maybe after I'm done with you, I can sell that girl that you were protecting. Yeah, how'd you like that, pu–" The idiot bragged and taunted, before stopping himself.
He then remained paralyzed, looking at the woman he just shot. And only then, he realized…
…that he fucked up.
Selina grew to a larger size, her petite-but-sexy features replaced with jagged bark. Her veins popping out and glowing a toxic green, similar to her eyes.
And her hands, once normal looking and human, now replaced with jagged stakes.
"No one… And I Mean No One…"
When the goon tried to shoot another round, he found his weapon violently ripped away from him, alongside one of his index fingers.
"Will. Hurt."
As Catwoman's voice tone grew deeper and more feral - and as she inched closer, with murder in her toxic eyes -, the crook tried to flee, but only found himself tangled in the thorny vines, like an insect in a spider's web.
She gets closer--
SCH-CHHRR-RRRRAAAAAH!!!
"BARBARA!!"
…and, fueled by rage, she ripped the guy to pieces; Pulling at his legs, piercing his head with a poisonus thorn before slashing at the throat, biting his nose off: it was a massacre.
And she loved it.

—POV CHANGE, The Bat—
I woke up in an unknown place.
I didn't know how I got to the place (apartment?), all I know is…
Is…
…that nightmare, the loss… the Incident….
"Morning, beautiful." A voice called out, pulling me out of my reminiscing.
It was a leather-clad woman, smiling innocently. However, I knew that she was no regular woman, especially considering that we fought a couple of times under the Red Gotham Skies.
"Ugh… what happened?…. Selina Kyle?" I asked, feeling faint. I then licked my mouth. "...I'm thirsty."
Selina snorts, half-amused. "Found you lying crumpled in a rat-infested alleyway with a bullet to your abdomen. I'm no surgeon but I really don't need to be to tell you it looked bad. You were on death's door. "
She then picked up a medikit, not-so-subtly gesturing to me to... I complied.
"If I hadn't seen it in my charitable heart to bring you back home, a bunch of lowlifes would've been happy to punch your ticket. I never thought Gotham could get any worse, but the gangs are focusing less on killing each other and more on actually learning to work together; at least when it comes to hunting down any vigilante left in the city who could fill the big man's shoes. It's only going to get more dangerous from here, especially in your condition." Selina ranted, circling me as if I was a toy mice for a cat to play with - all while fiddling with a small, Pink, Question-Mark shaped item.
"What in the world happened to you anyway? Why do you look like a yard-sale Poison Ivy?" I asked, trying not to think too much about anything (Dear God, my head is still ringing) and noticing the rather… peculiar… look that Selina was sporting.
Selina just grunts, clearly tired from the activity of the previous(?) night "Long story involving the granite weed herself, and not important at the moment ."
"Now, you have any idea who shot you?… Besides the hundreds of crooks who would love to see a dead Bat."
—POV Change, 3RD Person—
Barbara groans and shakes her head "Water first, for God's sake. Or else the criminal underworld will lose the honor of killing me to dehydra--"
Barbara then suddenly freezes up, the last few words catching up to her brain. Slowly and weakly, she turns towards the leather-clad thief "...what did you j-just call me?" she shakily asks.
"Didn't really take much on my part to figure it out. In my line of work, it's good to keep an eye on the cops before their own eyes find you." The cat-burglar said the last part in a low growl, like a puma. "One thing that was of particular interest to me was that whenever the police scanners reported Batgirl was on the prowl, a certain commissioner's daughter was nowhere to be seen."
As she finished patching her up, Selina got up and started circling the little red-head girl. Barbara felt anxious, for the first time since… Those memories…?
"The average Gotham cop is drunk off their ass with cheap scotch they buy with mob money, and Gordon - smart as he was, rest his soul - would have been nursing twenty migraines dealing with the weekly bomb threats and riots to concentrate on anything outside HQ."
"When this travesty started, little Barbara was nowhere to be seen the whole time… until I found her laying in Gotham's loveliest dank gutter, laying next to what remained of a Bat-themed costume that looked a little too nice for a birthday party surprise… or a novelty strip club." Selina finished, plopping down on her lounging chair, staring directly at her 'guest'.
"…where does this leave us?" Babs unsurely asked.
Selina: "If that's your way of asking if I'm going to rat, you'll be surprised to find I have some standards."
"This town's flavor of bastards and muggers are unforgiving toward women already, and I don't want to add to the carnage. That said, considering you heroic types aren't ones to leave a debt unfulfilled, there's something you can do to make up for you bloodying my Chinese velvet sofa."
"And What Would You Want?" Babs asked, a little bit more forcefully than before.
There was a small Moment of silence. 'She could want anything, Barbara. Keep your guard up–'
Selina: Help me take down Hugo Strange and escape from this hellhole.
Barbara was silent for several moments, sligthly shocked by the proposal... before steeling herself.
'...you know what? Screw it, Strange is the reason Dad is DEAD!'
"...Deal." and they shake hands to it; one bloodied human hand to one half-Plant hand.
—Back at TYGER HQ, AKA Wonder Tower—
What the two women didn't know was that the meeting was being secretly recorded by one of the remaining intact TYGER cameras;
Even if, due to Catwoman - [Subject 4011] - damaging if not outright destroying most of the nearby Cameras in the earlier days, not much could be heard.
"Interesting… I suspect there is valuable data to garner from this endeavor, foolish though it may be." The King of Arkham City, Hugo Strange, says to himself. His mouth morphs into a delightful menacing grin "Maintain observation and keep me informed. This experiment will be very, very… interesting."
"Yes sir, professor." a technician responded.
And Hugo Strange smiled, for this will be very, very interesting.
[To Be Continued…]
Selina Kyle (Batman: Arkham City + Batman: the Animated Series) Stats Martial: 18 (Flexible, sexy and agile. That's the Catwoman everyone knows and loves) Diplomacy: 20 (A real smooth talker and charmer, you've used your skills to pilfer precious information out of wealthy people for Years!) Stewardship: 18 (Aside from your little obssession for anything Cat-related, you know how to manage some pretty discrete businesses.) Learning: 20 (You aren't an idiot. Heck, you've managed to figure out both Batman's and Batgirl's identities long before that bald freak spoiled the fun with that... memory-viewing machine...) Intrigue: 22 (One of the best jewel thief in the world) Occult: 4 (...given the circumstances, it would be weird to NOT have powers...) Traits AgileThief: Catwoman is a greatly renowned jewel thief. +10 to Stealth Mission/Actions. GothamCitySiren: ??? [This Trait will be revealed at a later date], +10 when working with ???, ??? and Batgirl. Batman'sRogueGallery: ??? [This Trait will be revealed at a later date] Plant-ified: Selina was defeated by Poison Ivy, and thus transformed into a plant being.
Strenghts
Agility: Catwoman is incredibly agile, so getting inside of Highly protected buildings is not a problem for her. When in combat, she has fast reflexes that allow her to dodge most incoming attacks (except from surprise attacks or attacks from a fair distance [like sniper rifles] that she hasn't noticed yet)
Relatively HighIntellect: Selina isn't an idiot; during her various heists, she has always prepared for everything - even when the Batman stepped in to ruin her plan. And when she's out of the costume, she is still an attentive person who picks up on small clues and cues. Such ability has allowed her to figure out more imformation at a first glance about her targets; and, after months of gathering evidence, it provided her with the identity of the Batman himself: Bruce Wayne.
….too bad that she couldn't do much with the information, because next thing she knew - she was being hauled to Arkham City and Hugo Strange unmasked her on-and-off lover, ending the mistery of Batman once and for all.
Plant-Powers: Selina lost To Poison Ivy, who in turn modified her body after knocking her unconscious. Now, Selina has powers like Ivy, even if a little weaker than her Mistress.
She is now immune to most Toxins, and even the likes of TITAN and VENOM have next-to-zero effect on her.
Weaknesses
Kleptomaniac: Selina delights in robbing others, but has an undiagnosed case of Kleptomania - meaning, if she doesn't steal Something, she suffers withdrawal symptoms. So far she has been able to restrain herself, even if the temptation is just too much When faced with jewels, actions and other things-magjinghima.
Pyro-sensitive: Since Selina is now Part-Plant, she has gained a deadly weakness against flames…. not that flames aren't already deadly to regular humans, but for her it's even worse.
Main/Important Goals: Survive
Stop Hugo Strange, Permanently
Find a way to get out of Ivy's control
Leave Arkham City
Help Barbara Gordon/Batgirl thru this Nightmare

AUTHOR'S NOTE: HOLY SHIT, I CAN'T BELIEVE I MADE A Four-Thousand Word Story!
Thanks again to the wonderful people who helped me realize this, I'm sorry if I have stressed you for a while.
Anyway, that's my omake: I wanted to make it ever since I played Arkham City and got stuck on the Poison Ivy fight. And, seeing as I just recently beat the game with every collectable, trophy, concept art and side-mission completed, I felt like this was as good of a time as any to release this omake.
Again, It may not be perfect, but I enjoyed writing it and seeing my collaborators add their own ideas into the mix.
Of course, this is a rather reduced version: originally, I was also going to include Riddler, include a Random Encounter with some of the other rougues, some description for Selina's house....
Also, please note when I deliberately decided to refer to a character by a certain name rather than another.
And.... yeah. I'll probably make a Part 2 and Part 3 if people want more, I hope this story becomes relevant in some capacity, and I hope that @OogahBoogah Manages this wonderful Quest like only they know how.

The car drifted down the highway without a care in the world, being free was a wonderful thing but having it and enjoying it was a care few even could fathom, life had its messes and well you had your work ahead.
What that was exactly is something you couldn't make sense of.
But that was the thing; you doubt life made much sense anymore.
The "Kings" that ruled outside of Uncle Sam's control were subtle, but even you could see the signs.
Just by looking at the local footage, you could see all sorts of crazy things: a demented man-child who controlled most of the east coast, a Florida with WAY TOO MUCH Metal, an ACTUAL Child in charge of Rhode Island who publicly executed people for sneezing wrong (reminder: throw up at the nearest gas station)....
And those were the "normal" ones. Going West on the Map, there was talk of literal Fireballs with sentience, of another small child who could control the dead, of a gumball dispenser whose only interest seems to be managing a park….
…And then, there was HIM…. Slade, also known by few as Deathstroke….
He reminds you too much of Balalika, in all the bad ways.
Oh, you heard about Slade: A supersoldier funded by the American Government, who went rogue and then MIA until this whole "Kings of the USA" thing started.
Apparently, he got into various fights with a group of teenager meta-humans - and while "beefing" with minors would normally mark you as "an immature idiot", no one dares to breathe that when in Slade's realm.
Also, it seems that he may want to…. find his daughter…? The details on that piece of information weren't too clear, but considering who you've dealt with as of late, it wouldn't surprise you.

"Hello Mr. Lutton, you have something I want." The voice was far too young to be one of the more settled kings, and you doubt anyone was as smart as the child on the other end.
Son of a bitch…it had to be this one.
The case was still in the passenger seat, unopened since that long day in Arkham City, but it was still heavy and filled you with dread.
"I'm not even going to ask how you got this number, all I'm asking is what do you want with it?" You said.
"Do you have any idea of what it is?" She said her voice was as calm and level as it always was.
"It's a book that gives me the creeps and makes me feel like I'll die if I read it, so it's probably old magical nonsense like The King in Yellow's Play or something worse. And I guess you want it for the most evil reasons imaginable because anyone who can hold demons as servants got nothing right in their soul." You said.
"My reasons are my own, and you will be rewarded handsomely for bringing it to me."

Diplomacy Check: Asset Denial is a wonderful thing. DC: AKA Mandy says you don't have the Nerve to do it? Rolled: D100 + 17 => 111 CRIT: D100 + 17 => 95 Crit: D100 + 17 => 24 Total: 230 {You've got Balls of Titanium}
"Tell me Mandy, how long does it take to form a tome of eldritch knowledge and power? Humor me."
That got her attention. "It was transcribed from oral traditions and dreams starting in the 800's. It took over One-Thousand and TWO-HUNDRED YEARS to make that transcribed copy into the field."
Oh, she wanted this…desperately.
"Tell me, Mandy, do you know the phrase asset denial?" You asked.
"..... You. wouldn't. DARE!" She said, the gritting in her teeth could be heard even now.
"All I need to take this away is five bucks for a zippo lighter, and a fire at 451." You said.
"You're a dead man, Samual Lutton." She said, seemingly growling over the phone.
"Been dead for years and finally started living; come back when you have something beyond empty threats to trade with me." You finished and hung up not a moment later.
Reward: Sam Gains +1 Occult and Diplomacy, and has begun wandering in earnest.
Mandy has told him of the Necronomicon and he's proven that he will destroy it if she tries to hunt him. He is re-armed and ready to face all the dangers of the world.
Mandy plans… whether by violence or a more tactful end, is yet to be decided.
AN: Got this guy up a while ago, enjoy it. Thanks Davi.
"25%, no more and no less." You said with a cheeky look at your client, a small ginger-haired girl.
"What about 20%, between the damages to the city road structure there is going to be difficulty restarting traffic, and with you nearly breaking the ties on the freight trains a little less of your already considerable fees is acceptable." The client tries to counteroffer, and you almost snarl.
'Five percent less, for property damage that couldn't be avoided' But do people listen? Noooo…….
"Twenty-Five, as pre-established." You reaffirm while looking through their soul.
It would have worked if they had much of one.
Lee Kanker delighted in bullying - and well, you could respect that; but there had to be limits, you can't throw your weight around and stiff the bill.
Even if you paid the tips for good service.
"Twenty." She said, "I've already given you free room and board for a few weeks."
At that, you just blankly stare at her "You do know I can shoot literal starbolts of energy, and have super strength, right? I CAN FLY!"
Lee shrugged. "Not the strangest thing I've fought."
Why did you believe her?
You stare at her intensely, annoyance once again popping up.
'c'mon, give in. you know you want to fall.' And the damned specter is still in your head, and you can't really blame them this time.
The human gut checked you.
You spat on the ground. 'Shut up, if you have anything else to say I'm all ears.' You thought to yourself.
'Left knee, slight hesitation, must have sprained it earlier.'
Why does my tactical mind have HER voice?
You pounce, trying to beat the insolent child.
They dodge, and her ugly sisters come out of the woodwork.
'You are getting sloppier. Why is that?' The voice asks, as if they [YOU] didn't know the answer already.
Well three-on-one wasn't how you expected this to go, but they were cheats, so you should have expected this.
I should have taken that job with that Mandy kid.
No…that would have damaged your credibility.
"23%! If we're working out things, what about 23%?" You said trying to give yourself a boost.
"She sounds reasonable, Lee. Maybe we should?-" The Blonde Kanker said.
"Shut up and help me finish her!" Lee shouted. "I ain't paying some-"
'She's left herself open right cross.'Shut up.
You did just that and added a starbolt on your knuckles. Lee Kanker then flew back, she'd be up in a minute but until that moment, seniority rules. "If she won't pay, will any of you?"
The other Kanker sisters waited and then looked at each other as the smoldering steam came from Lee's general direction. "23% Done."
Lee was going to be pissed, but you got paid, a little less then you wanted…but it worked.
Lee began marching, still steaming from both the strike and her rage and you smiled. "I'm going clubbing with my windfall, do you want to come with me? It'll be FUN!"
You emphasized the last word and for a moment the Kanker's just stood there and started laughing.
"You've got guts Blackfire, if nothing else! I'll take it if I don't have to pay for it?" Lee said.
Reward: Kanker Sisters Kingdom Contract Completed. [+2 Wealth. +30 Relations with the Kanker Sisters.]
Mercenary Holdout Established (The Kanker's Guest Room): You can now rest without major Payment penalties.
You're off center, and the voice is back. Maybe you should take a moment to rest and recenter.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: I'm posting this here, but the original author is @Cyberphilosipher . So, thank him for this story.
And... yeah. Another Omake, this time concentrating not on Lotton or Arkham, but on another King (the Kankers) meeting with Komand'r.
Eyyy, so long story short: kinda gotten bored with creativity with this Quest and not really interested in following along with it. So DaviProGamer27 will be taking over writing until something happens.
Story ain't dead, just changing authors. Enjoy, folks.
This was apart of my childhood a sadly forgotten gem of a show.
Also we can maybe get characters like Doyle to join us. And his mentor Leonidas.
Also I see that hellsing is a part of this chances are we meeting any nazi vampires cause in ultimate they infiltrated government and assassinated the president and congress and likely have more agents sewing chaos and war that the major oh so loves.
Yes this is back I'm so excited for new updates and good but don't push for yourself take your time cause those are alot of franchises you got to deal with and the fact there's alot of different power scaling between them could be an issue.
1) I think that Secret Saturdays could be here. Seems fun
2) would you, @Watcher's Eyes , like to become part of the writing team for this? Not necessarily for EVERYTHING, just for some revision... and the Secret Saturday parts.
Not really a writer sadly mostly going off nostalgia for the secret saturdays and got some other responsibilities to deal with.
Though I'm just say that for the sake of the quest maybe taking off the more upper scaled powered franchises could make it more easier for the story since It really could be game breaking with characters the likes of goku, vegeta, freeza, cell in the same area which with one stray blast of ki could level entire continents so maybe toning Down the powerscale would be safer.
We can still keep characters likes of hercule and videl cause while they are dragonball characters they aren't well the main characters. So there fine to stay so is Don kee maybe putting the powerscale at jla/Jojo part 4 is best cause while powerful its not explode planet with one ki blast powerful.
Oh speculation on things begins mostly starting off on hellsing for now since I got the bug for it and it could be an interesting and will likely give waller more trouble maybe lead to her death which I'm all too happy for cause f her.
Cause maybe an event could happen that the major is gonna send a force of Millenium to bring war upon America cause hey he's doing in Europe might as well make it a world War and so a force of war crazed nazi vampires is coming to America to wreak havoc upon it likely calling upon any surviving vampire infiltrator to join them and bring a hell on earth the USA mostly the east coast so have fun waller, father, doc strange, and boxmore with the coming threat of nazi vampires.
There could be a leader of the expedition toss up between if there alive bloodthirsty and mind bending zorin blitz, sleek striking and bullet bending rip van Winkle, and a ghost nazi werewolf In the captain could be interesting things.
Also another thing that could follow them is maxwells crusade which is funded by the pope to bring about the destruction of Millenium which they also helped and destroy the godless protestants so it could be also papal crusaders hunting them down as well.
That likely is an event of great importance and could distract the eastern kings alot. Though I could be that's a roll. Just a fun speculation.
Though we are hunting down east pines and saving the test sisters so want that to happen first.
mostly understandable. Plus, we didn't have any notable leader in the UK (aside from 1 obscure idiot who could get "powered up" by this), so - CANON ACCEPTED!

So the major is by technicality the king of Britain and the rival factions are likely maxwells crusade lead by well father maxwell fighting in the remnants of Britain with the major wanting bring war to the mainland with his undead army.
And the hero underground faction is the hellsing remnants lead by Integra hellsing with some surviving government personal with her and maybe Seras Victoria vampire Childer of Alucard and pyp Bernadotte of the wild geese if he survived.
So a powerful occult martial hero that is seras and a martial advisor with good charisma that is pyp and integra herself is likely a high level stewardship hero with a good levels in martial but higher in diplomacy and intrigue since she's the boss of hellsing.
If an Omake gets added to the Sidestory Tab, then it's most likely Canon to the world.
If it's in Apocrypha Tab, then it's not Canon but some people get confused - in-Universe - about it. Be it by Dream they confuse for reality, someone's crazy string theory, Parallel Universes that don't really influence somethings.
And also EXP, Possibility to Recruit Characters, Possibility to find Stuff and expand everywhere else, Questions that get answered.
As long as it's not too overly convoluted, it's fair game.
But also, you can't just write "this character becomes overpowered overnight and defeats the universe".
So, pretty standard procedures.
...Just like in my own Quest, Multifiction Quest! Go check it out sometimes.
Oh, and the new Lotton Omake - as well as the Blackfire omake - are Canon Sidestory.
Which means that yes, Starfire - and by logic also Nightwing - are 100% dead.
Both Anti-Pops and AKU have one of the seven Dragon Balls. They are not necessarily in a rush to get the others for even more power. They just don't want the "good guys" to win.
So yeah, if anyone wants to use the - frankly insanely busted - Dragon Ball Wishes, they would have to take down both of these End-Game Bosses.
And even then, if you take down one *Permenantly or Otherwise*, the other might just swoop in to take the other Balls.
Dragon Balls: Artifact. Each one raises one of the stats, depending on the order. The Seventh One just raises all Stats sligthly by +5
