[X] The Emerald Seas must wield both the sheathed sword and the open scroll. Great Tsu united by word, and wielded his staff in anger only against the rapacious. The Emerald Seas have all they need; we need not take from others. What we might want, we may exchange for a pittance of our bounty. (+approval from imperial moderate, Emerald Seas Nationalist and Cai Loyalist aligned groups)
This one helps us more with all the counts, besides the Luo, where it only helps us half as much, and the Meng where it helps us 1/7 as much. Mainly I'm voting this way because I want the inroads with the Diao.
Getting most of the Jia to approve of our message while we caution against expansionism is a nice bonus too.
[ ] The Emerald Seas must build itself. In showing a united face and a clear vision, we may build the long sullied foundations of our province into a manor as respected as any other. In this new field we may show that the skill and charisma of great Tsu is not buried. (+approval from Weilu moderate and reformist aligned groups)
This one is very tempting for two reasons. First, I love invoking emulation of Tsu as a (still) living model for today, as opposed to the first option's more distant symbolic invocation. I suspect that's what draws the Weilu interest. Second, and more importantly, this option would be funnier when we next face our geomancy teacher. He'd be getting rumours of us being revealed as Jia Hong's Junior Sister and this weilu-ish-er speech before court at sort of the same time, and before seeing us again. Which would be very funny.
Alas, the numbers are 2gud on the first. Seducing the foxes honourable Diao with our Ling Qi-ness is a higher priority than confusing an uncle, even if he is a very good uncle.
