[X] Evergreen Succession
Or alternatively
[X] Evergreen Sanctuary
I like succession but i feel like sanctuary is better matched with the Persistance concept, it also describe the art pretty well as we create a place where injuries are not allowed to remain, maybe sanctity will work too.

Does anyone know is there like a term or phrase for plants that regrow from the roots after a wildfire or storm? Something along those lines seems most appropriate to me

Well there's "ecological succession", which is already being used in one of the leading names, though that's more about other plants/species growing in the new space rather than just the previous ones regrowing. Alternatively there's "coppice", though that's usually used in context of plants being cut down then re-sprouting from the stumps rather than burned.

Ruin Scattered Rebirth...

LQ is now a Dragon Ball fighter, able to regenerate from a single cell! :V

[X] Legacy of the Broken Pillar
[X] Evergreen Succession

Edit: On further thoughts, i do not like Roots of Paradise.

Me yesterday: I like Legacy of the Broken Pillar
Me today: I don't much care for Legacy of the Broken Pillar
Me tomorrow: I don't want to go work out

Like both.

[X] Evergreen Succession
[X] Primordial Boreal Basion

I don't love ES as a name, I think its missing some flair, but i'll take it over Pillar, and on general principle i don't like using Perfection in a technique name.
