There Was A Different Idea: An MCU Producer Quest

I certainly think we should give the executives the go ahead on the infinity stone nod, maybe it should be in Rus though? I feel it should be someplace that the Norse faith actually touched at some point, and we could have it either show up in either Iron Man 2, or Captain America if we really wanted with that?
The stone would be left in a church (which used to be a pagan temple) in Scandinavia, around the IX-Xth century.

[] Plan Norway To Look For It
-[] Add a scene of Odin hiding a glowing object deep within an old church in the past. (Write-In)
-[] [Post-Credit] No, I don't have an idea.
--[] Reroll what result? (Jason Momoa screen pressence, if this roll is 70+ just spend the two remaining rerolls on Vladimir reshoots)
--[] Reroll what result? (Jason Momoa Screen Pressence)
--[] Reroll what result? (Vladimir Kulich)

This is my current plan, although, if anyone has an idea for a post-credits scene and I like it, I'll add it to my plan.

For post credits:

Odin says "I am concerned over what is to come, do not disturb me for 7 day." And places a glowing gem into his eye socket. This gem matches the comic book version of the timestone.

Do we realy want to commit to copying the MCU and having the stone be in the Cap America movie because of Asgard?

Should probably get an idea of what we want Captain America movie to be before just throwing a stone there.

Also, we still need post credit scene for Wonder Man and Iron Man 2 right? They are both coming before Captain America.

A.N: ...Three...three Natural 100's...I'm just going to accept your ridiculous luck from now on.
Okay, I swear that I didn't sacrifice anything to dice Dormammu... and I probably won't because I don't want the dice to find us in the Alps (or fuck us in the ass, whichever you prefer) when it comes to Hawkeye. They can do that for Iron Man 2, because that actually happened in real life.

Anyway, joking aside, I feel like we should reroll on Jason and Vladimir, just like @Duke William of suggested above. I agree that 70s aren't bad and that there is always a room for improvement. Look at Chris Hemsworth as Thor in OTL.

I can clarify that if you want.

The Marvel Execs put Joe Johnston as the Director for Captain America, so he's making OTL movie. Unless you have another Pitch for it (and manage to convince him to use it) then you'll be going with that. With some changes of course.

[] Plan: To China?
-[] [Mid-Credit] Add a scene of Odin hiding a glowing object deep within a imperial tomb in china in the past. About a five minute scene of Odin walking through the tomb, opening the tomb with magic, walking past stone soldiers, stone tigers, and a stone horse. Odin arrives in the main burial chamber, which is decked out in bright greeen fabrics, and a coffin way, way offf in the distances. Odin proceeds onwards to the treasure chamber which is in a stair leading up a bit to his left activated by magic. The treasure chamber is a koi pond, with a mural of a koi pond on the cieling. When Odin places the glowing object in the pond it vanishes only to appear on the mural with a bunch of other objects in the mural. Scene ends.

-[] [Post-Credit] Back at the imperial tomb in china. The camera slowly goes past everything to focus on the coffin in the main burial chamber. A coffin with nine broken/cracked rings the size of basketballs on two stone shelves above the coffin, and one intact ring that stands before a big fat red candle with a black fire. The audience can see the candle inside the ring, and just barely make out red wax near the other nine rings. Barely audibly, is soft snoring (as in if you turn the volume way up high, the audience might hear it). Scene ends.

-[] [Reshoot] Reshoot to improve a roll.

Is a Mandarin hint, too much?

[] Plan Thule Society
-[] (Write-In) A scene of Sif, having grown from a goddess of the earth (make mention of her past as being that of essentially a farmer, playing up the bit with her accent) into a proud Shieldmaiden and Valkyrie of Asgard, being tasked one of her most important tasks: the delivery of an artifact of some power to their Vǫlur (Sorcerer) allies on Earth in the days of Imperial China. As she makes the delivery, we get our first glimpses into the world of the Sorcerer Supreme and their order within the confines of Kamar-Taj, hinting that there's more here than meets the eye...
--[] Hint towards the possibility that Kamar-Taj is a temple within the city of K'un-Lun.
-[] [Post Credit] It's the early stages of WWII, and within a hidden vault made in the stylings of Imperial China, we witness a scene of a number of dead and dying monks scattered about as they protect that which lays within from Nazi invaders; among their number is one of their own, a traitor that infiltrated their number, standing alongside the Red Skull. Smiling viciously, Red Skull pulls a number of artifacts from the wall, the traitor sorcerer reminding them they have only minutes before the Ancient One makes their appearance. It's then that he pauses, and that twisted grin becomes downright feral as he slowly lifts what he dubs the "Quantum Bands" from their pedestal...but grows frustrated when he demands where the other eight of them are, and howls as he departs the vault having learned they were spread apart ("No matter," he seethes, "it's only a matter of time.").
--[] Hint towards the potential of the Quantum Bands being either directly related or tangential to the Ten Rings and/or Infinity Stones.
-[] Reroll what result? (Jason Momoa screen pressence, if this roll is 70+ just spend the two remaining rerolls on Vladimir reshoots)
-[] Reroll what result? (Jason Momoa Screen Pressence)
-[] Reroll what result? (Vladimir Kulich)

[X] Plan: Sif Gift and Kree
-[X] [Mid-Credit] Add the scene with Lady Sif hiding a glowing object deep within an old church in the past.
-[X] [Post-Credit] We find an injured Loki being brought shackled before a Kree general, he responds jovially introducing himself as "Loki god of Mischief, your new friend." only for the general to signal a guard to put Loki in his place, as they do the image fades into nothing revealing itself as an illusion, and the camera races back towards the Kree general a dagger at his throat and a pristine Loki behind him, "Are we not all friends here? Should we not talk about a partnership?" The Kree general laughs at the spectacle, "Perhaps you will be helpful after all."
-[X] [Reshoot] Reshoot to improve a roll.
--[X] Vladimir Kulich's Screen Presence as Heimdall
-[X] [Reshoot] Reshoot to improve a roll.
--[X] Jason Mamoa's Screen Presence as Thor
-[X] [Reshoot] Intense Focus on a single roll (+10).
--[X] Jason Mamoa's Higher Screen Presence as Thor

Since we're seeing Sif work so well, having Sif being somewhat responsible for where this Infinity Stone ends up, I think gives us even more reason to use her down the line, even if I'm totally okay with Odin doing it instead. I also think this works better than China, its going to be the first Macguffin stone, and it just makes more sense that Odin/Sif stored this object of power someplace that actually was connected to them. And it makes it logically easier to have be gained in either Iron Man 2 or more likely Captain America if its here than in China.

In the initial King Crimson pitch they suggest showing Loki surviving the end of everything and I like Introducing some Kree for the Avengers instead of what we get with Thanos in our world. Also Kree + Loki being the Avengers threat sets up well for either Inhumans or Captain Marvel down the line, and the executives will probably like Inhumans potential since they are effectively the "X-men" we own.

I personally like this better than just going for double/triple rerolling Thor, and this means we at worst get a 68 which is certainly workable, and could easily get better. Heimdall needs a reroll its very unlikely to be worse than what we got already.

[X] Plan: Sif Gift and Kree

This seems to be the best at the moment, so I'll agree to vote for this plan. Unless anyone else wanna say something that will change minds?

[X] Plan: Sif Gift and Kree

I'm not too ties on it being Sif hiding the stone, but I like the reshoot plan and the post credits for this.

[X] Plan: Sif Gift and Kree

This hits all the main points I wanted. I was thinking saving the Kree for IM2 to build up to the Avengers since we don't have good idea to do with that but I works better in Thor.

[X] Plan: Sif Gift and Kree

Perhaps in the Hawkeye movie, we can do something with China, but for Thor, I would recommend we keep to Europe in any case. Scandinavia, England, Normandy, Turkey, the Baltics, Germany, and Russia are all viable places where the stone can be held.

Another reason why we should do the Marvel Executives the favor of adding the stone scene is that by doing so, we stock up more goodwill we can use to convince them to put Mockingbird in Iron Man II.

So guys, quick question. For this quest I have been combining the Box Office and reception with the Media threadmarks that quests like these usually do.

But are you fine with it? Would you prefer if I just put them as Media Threadmarks, or if I divided them once more into Media Threadmarks and Box Office and Reception?

Honestly, I don't care either way. I don't mind which way you do it, they're both fine in my opinion, so I'll just let others say what they want instead.

Combination, as that would help readers that usually only go through threadmarks more available information. And I also just prefer it that way.
