Heh.I don't know, you could be good at the game and still be stupid at everything else.

or we could just study regular studying. He does get some int doing that (And wisdom for coming up with ideas on how to break the system).we should grind intelligence\wisdow by playing chess with someone.

Anyways, I just finished reading the translated comic on manga traders. Apparently canonically he dumps all his stat points into int because of diminishing returns. Since its easier to raise STR from 10 to 11 than it is to raise it from 50 to 51, so by raising low stats you are losing out on easily grinding

He's never really tested that. Just assumed it to be the case. Seems like a safe assumption, and one we would go with, if it wasn't for Halpo straight up saying that won't be the case here.or we could just study regular studying. Are you serious?
Resurrection - Never heard of Inferius? Or the stone (One of the three hallows)?
Combat spells - Have you seen the Dumbledore VS Voldemort fight?
Time Magic - Don't know if you are trolling. Did you read the books? Prisoner of Askaban?
And that only of things that are 100% confirmed by the books.
chess is int. which is memorizing, thinking speed, and solving puzzles.the wis stats doesn't affect only chess. it affects the ability to make good decisions and tatical thinking. as for int, jee-han is enough proof of the why gain more of it.
ah, that is good to know. thank you for informing me. a smart improvement. I think the main reason it works that way in the manga is that it gives him an excuse to break things more. Also, a big part of the setting is that he is actually not as broken as it seems at first glance, there are others that are as broken as he is. The ability to have items "drop" from IDs is a rare one, but not unheard of. and there are many with bullshit cheat ability like "I consume the soul and thus steal all the power of anyone I kill".Fortunately we don't have to deal with that. The points that can be gained through grinding of stats are completely separate from those that are spent, and they're just as easy or hard to gain when the base stat is high as they are when the base stat is low.
Your post is accurate. I just want to mention though that Time stop is actually a misnomer, it is a haste effect, it accelerates the caster to such an extreme degree that it seems to him as if the rest of the world is frozen in place.Time magic - I am differentiating between what spells people can cast vs effects magic items can produce. AD&D has time stop and temporal stasis. HP doesn't have any comparable spells - they only have time turners.

Wisdom is making the right choice.
Hehe. Mispelling leads to crude jokes.
I fixed the Year.Wait, what? 2010?
It was certainly interesting, but you might want to see if someone would be willing to go over it for errors, because I frequently had to stop and reread to make sure I understood what was being said.
Still, thanks for taking the time to do that.
While no longer crude, that is STILL wrong.

Harry Potter could only say one thing after he received the news and the new set of clothes:
What the fuck?, and later told the message what if he did not wanted to do this, he received several electric shocks.
Harry's days could not be harder, while the packages he needed to collect where around Hogwarts, most where in zones where the Students could not enter, or were in the other House's common rooms, but in the end he finally managed to collect all of them, so he decided to enter to the special ID. He found; Gingerbread men, Christmas lights that only move, Snowmen, and Christmas elves, and every of them were aggressive. Well time to hunt.
-Sometime later-
D: Oh, Harry these cookies are very good.
M: What do they have?
H: It's a secret.

Even if planning your moves ahead of time was normally be wis, in chess specifically it would still be int due to the nature of the game. It relies very strongly on memory and calculation speed.Wis is arguably related to chess more than Int is, as it's a game of planning your moves ahead of time which falls under Wis.
Hogwarts
Thank you, for the corrections.Might as well proof it for you. Red are words that you spelled wrong, Blue is for added words, punctuation, and what-not that makes it better.
Nah. It's good to remind the Dursleys the actions have consequences.I was being serious back then, I would like for us to take away Dudley tail at some point.
Write drunk, edit sober.
Works for Konamikode (at least the writing part, no clue on the editing part).
