But that would be JUST those two things. Lets fight monsters instead, and let them hit us. That way we are leveling up those two things, and whatever we are using to kill the monsters.Huh, just had an idea on how Harry could level up Physical Resistance and Healing. Continuously jumping off a building, say two stories, and healing himself when he gets injured enough.
He has already said yes to that, sorta. What you get is up to him, but you can get stuff.
Sometime bandwagon happen once in bluemoon.Honestly I think there's a snowballs chance in hell of SV voting to get multiple negative traits. I can see getting one or two to get ahead, but beyond that? I don't see it.
The only Quidditch position I can think of that would have any use for strength would be beaters since they need to hit the ball, all of the others boil down to being able to take a hit and being fast.
That the spirit. Well player is hardly avoid battle or plothook in general,We see xp instead of danger. That why I alway deny at first to begin some discussion.Avoid battle?! Are you mad?! We want to get into all the battles for those juicy experience points!
The seeker role is tailor made for the MC though. Though... I guess it could get boring. We are going to kick all kinds of ass no matter what we do, ending the game in a minute is no fun.So about Quidditch position,I think we have natural flyer that fit for seeker or beater if want want more str build.

So yeah, lets be one of those two. And score so many points, that it doesn't matter if the other team catches the Snitch.
Heck, unless the rules explicitly say it, we don't need to play only a single position. Lets do all of them. Team Harry.
We're the god-damn Harry Potter. We can score points even as a Keeper. Knocking the ball away from our goal, clear across the field, into theirs.Seeker, it is clearly the PC position, what with it being able to invalidate the efforts of everyone else and win the game single-handedly most of the time
Beaters do not score points. That is Catchers.

We are allowed to touch the Bludger. The Bludger can touch the Quaffle.A Keeper might be able to score points but Beaters are not allowed to touch the Quaffle.
Well no rule forbid us to punch bludger with our barehand. The seeker role is tailor made for the MC though. Though... I guess it could get boring. We are going to kick all kinds of ass no matter what we do, ending the game in a minute is no fun.

Seeker is important because incompetent seeker made the game go on without end.:lolSeeker, it is clearly the PC position, what with it being able to invalidate the efforts of everyone else and win the game single-handedly most of the time

Better thought... where would we be likely to learn the Gimino charm? (Probably Moody, but... yeah) Level that up to ten, then sneak into the Library and Gimino a skill book to check if it's still a skill book that we can use, and if it does, Gimino all the skill books for moar skillz!True. Different idea, the town Harry lives in would most likely have a library and a library would likely have skill books right? We could cast a Disillusionment Charm (leveling charms), sneak in(leveling stealth), steal any skills books we see or anything else of interest (Completing the Thief class quest), and hopefully getting a bunch of skill books out of the deal which are pretty much free points.

That very good tactic to gain thieve class but maybe has negative impact on our reputation with neighbourhood if we ger caught.True. Not really, compared to other improbable stuff the Gamer can do. Plus, I didn't say how we were doing it. We could pretty much grab the Bludger, and hit the Quaffles with it directly. That is so improbable I do not think a non-Elder Solar Exalt could win a game like that
Well, actually
And we became the equivalent of a 3rd year in two weeks. We can do it.
That would solve our problem of how to get books at Hogwarts, if we just copy them and use them then.

Sadly, I have a feeling that plan won't work. Simply because GM says so.That would solve our problem of how to get books at Hogwarts, if we just copy them and use them then.
Two options. One, we are just that good. Or two, the holding it method, we are actively holding it not letting it go else-where, only where we want.Except Bludgers target people not balls so it is unlikely it will fly straight where we are throwing it. Most likely it will re-direct to the closest Chaser.
Assuming it does not just copy surface details thus giving you a book with blank pages.

The duplicate copies deteriorate easily and does not have magical properties. Whether they can be consumed.....will depend on a GM ruling, I suppose.Assuming it does not just copy surface details thus giving you a book with blank pages.
