battle psykers are trained for all forms of combat, a speiclsied order would repalce them at fighting chaos psykers but until you have one battle psykers will be handling that

Seems like we might want to found that order next turn since it seems like it would actually lower our casualties among battle psykers since we would have psykers specialized to counter them specifically making them more effective than general battle psykers.

Trade with Midgard

You made contact with Midgard a few years in order to deal with your ballooning Thrones deficit, which is on the verge of exhausting your reserves.

relationship:10/10
distance: 7 LY
Midgard owes you 152,568 Cr

Can Sell
1.7 Cr (0.08 Cargo)=1,000,000 Metal per year ( up to 10,000 times)
26.6 Cr (0.77) Cargo) =10 units of food per year (no limit)
20 Cr (O Cargo) = 100 Hyper Advanced Juve-Nat doses (up to 100 time)

Can buy
2.4 Cr (0 cargo)= 1,000,000 Thrones per year (up to 100,000 times)
11.2 Cr (0.08 Cargo)=1,000,000 Material per year (up to 5,000 times)

Fun Facts
1 dose of Hyper Advanced Juve-Nat = 83,333.33 Thrones
The Hyper Juve-nat facility has an upkeep of 120,000,000 Thrones and produces 380,000 doses/yr (~316 Thrones to produce a dose, a 26371% markup! [Don't tell Alefric!])

@Durin
1. Does there exist an expectation that we never reduce the amount of Hyper Advanced Juve-nat that we sell to Midgard? I know I would be annoyed if I was cut off from my supply of Youth Potions.
2. Is a Dose a year's supply for a person?
3. Assuming you could afford it from birth, when would a person normally start taking doses?
3a. When would they switch to Hyper Juve-nat?

@Enjou

So I asked Durin a couple questions on Discord:

1. Do our advisors think it'd be a good idea to limit how much of the debt we spend here?
2. If so, around how much do they think we should spend?

These were the answers:
1. they are divied on that
2. between half and all

I suppose one reason we might want to keep some debt is that we won't have it available to buy Thrones once we get to the next scheduled High Council meeting, and we might want to keep buying Thrones at that point.

[X] Plan Enjou

I agree with maxing our thrones. Since we need the money. Especially when we start putting another minefield up.

Also let's be realistic we are going to keep spending resources on wars, titans and more power armor, as well as when we final start expanding on Avernus.

I haven't actually posted a plan to vote for yet. I just gave an example.

I don't think we should spend all our debt here. We don't actually need that much money right now, so we may as well save the debt so we can spend it later.

Ok, decided on a plan. Gonna split the difference between what our advisors advise, and sell off 75% of our debt. That leaves us 25% for later use. That gets us 242.55 billion Thrones a turn, which more than gets us out of debt and should help us start rebuilding a stockpile.

[X] Plan Seventy Five Percent

SELL
10,000 Hyper Advanced Juve-Nat doses per year, 2,000 Cr

BUY
48,510,833,333 Thrones per year, 116,426 Cr

Midgard owes Avernus 40,142 CR

Broken Down, we get
Can Sell

2,660 Cr (77 Cargo) = 1,000 Food/yr
*2,000 Cr (0 Cargo) = 10,000 Hyper Advanced Juve-Nat doses/yr

Can Buy
*240,000 Cr (0 Cargo) = 100,000,000,000 Thrones/yr
56,000 Cr (400 Carg) = 5,000,000,000 Material/yr

Are you sure we should sell the maximum amount of juvenat since we won't be able to sell less later without issues?

How about selling them food?

We may end up negative on food after a few turns, given current trends in population growth. Look at the last few turns for our gross income (combine the last two turns to get the five year amount for it) and you'll see that we're getting less.

We make 380k a year and use 40k. Selling them 10k a year isn't even remotely a problem.

What are our plans for the future, expenses-vice? We still need to expand our AM/EM/RM production, and this costs a lot of credits.

It's worth noting there is some degree of incentive to minimize the amount of credits we spend here because we're only getting part of the benefit because trade deals are valid until the next council meeting, and so you get more value from credits spent at those meetings.

Plus I think Midgard has gradually given more Thrones per credit over time.

I suppose, though I think it's a good idea to change out some Juvenat shipments with food since we're not under silent obligation to raise export to a minimum level with that.

@Durin is this the case?
