@durin small nitpicks I forgot to ask to change until you leave.

What are we doing with Fred Howard?
Fred Harward, Low Councilor
Age: 160, rejuve to 30

M: 10
I: 13 + 2 = 15
A: 17 + 5 = 22
L: 12 + 3 = 15
P: 14
D: 14+3=17
C: 13 + 6 = 20 (+125 combat bonus)

Expert Bureaucrat (+5A, -1M, -1C)
Avernite Elder (+4C) – Having survived half a century of life on Avernus Low Councilor Fred Haward has proven himself an expert warrior.
Cunning (+2I)
Avernite Militiaman (+1M,+3C)
Believer in Education (+3L)
Expert Diplomat (+3D)- Lower Councillor Harward has proven to have a real talent for diplomacy and can almost always come up with a compromise that suits both parties in any situation.

Fred Harward is currently Henry's second and therefore one of the most powerful figures in the Avernite Administratum. He has been Henry's second since his predecessor was bitten by a Blink Spider nine years ago and has proven skilled at his job in that time, being almost as good an administrator as Henry himself. In his time working with Henry, Fred has picked up Henry's belief that the quality of education is one of the most important indicators of how productive citizens are and should therefore be improved as much as possible. Fred's main weakness as a Representative for the Low Council is is at best average military knowledge, but you nevertheless chose him to represent Avernus in the Imperial Trust's Low Council.
The guy seems pretty useless and no has ever talked about updating him lol.

Also minor edit but Dieter bruhn has the rank "Lieutenant-General Lieutenant-General Dieter Bruhn of the Elysium PDF".

Also how many more ranks does Syr need to get before being a "General"? I imagine she's not going to replace Swartz or become the military leader of an entire district?

@durin I got more:
1) What's Syr's love life like?
2) When can she get married?
3) Does she still use a fake name?
4) Does she have friends in the military?
5) Is she still friends with the playmates from childhood?

...etc. People ask a lot of questions about her I've found, me included.

one or two

A: 99% minor, 1% major, then 1-60 Zeta 61-90 Epsilon 91-8 Delta 99 and 100 followed by 1-60 Gamma 61-99 and 100 followed by 1-80 Beta above that Alpha

huh, so each beta had a one in five chance of being an alpha if i'm reading this right. Give we seem to see a beta every few turns, we are approaching the point where we might start seeing alphas. That is both exciting and terrifying.

My read is different, and as follows:

The Betas and above are those that had the first roll be 99-100 and the second roll over 60. To be an Alpha, the second roll must be 100 (1/40 of the second rolls above sixty) and the third roll must be above 80 (1/5 of third rolls). Thus, Beta psykers would outnumber Alphas by 200:1.

@durin I have another set of common questions:
1) When will the Emperor be reborn?
2) How do you determine when the Warpstorms end?
2i) As of Turn 81, when will the Warpstorms likely end?
3) How are the survival/death of characters during regular turns decided/calculated?
4) What will happen to the Quest if the Rotbart line dies out?
5) Do you really use physical dice for your rolls?

if anyone has a question that think should be added to FAQ please suggest it

A few questions I would like added to the FAQ:
  1. What can Ridcully reroll?
  2. What sorts of events does Ridcully have a decent chance of 'foreseeing'? (Such as emergence of psykers, invasion of known foe, invasion of unknown foe, incursions, warp storms ending or forming, fucking Eldar and their fucking precog bullshit)

A few questions about how you run this quest:
1) About how many dice do you roll per turn?
2)So, rolling more is not much a problem, it's writing text that is hard and time-consuming?

I just had a thought about Telepathy - Can you refine your ability to the point where you not only communicate information in realtime, but communicate also the nuances of each order and report sent? Continuosly and silently, without even the need for verbal orders?

Possibly even improve coordination to the point whereby your troops have all the benefits of a hivemind.

Also a thought that a Diviner-Telepathy Choir could simultaneously divine and do orders at the same time..

A question for the FAQ:
1. Can Mixed-Discipline Choirs be done?
2. Can nonpsykers be in a choir?

Some more questions for FAQ:
1) How much evil are Eldar in this universe? Will they screw us just for being mon'keigh or are they reasonable?
2) What are victory conditions?
3) Are Malal(Or Malice) and Squats real?
4) How does corruption of generated psykers work?

@durin, I have a couple FAQs that you've answered before.

1. What are the odds of an Alpha psyker being born per year?
2. What are the odds of an Alpha Plus psyker being born per year?

yes, I personally consider the Dark Eldar to be the most morally reprehensible of the factions in 40k (though they have a lot of competition)
The difference is that with the exception of Chaos most of the other factions do it out of necessity, and even chaos has a few excuses.

The Dark Eldar have few, while they do need to do the torture thing they do not need to enjoy it.

exactly, also they do not need to torture, it is possible for them to walk the paths and use soulstones like Eldar, they just to not want to restrict themselves

I assume this means:
Psyker d100 1-99-> Minor, 100->Major
Major Psyker d100->1-60 Zeta 61-90 Epilson 91-98 Delta , 99 Gamma, 100 -> Roll Gamma/Beta
Gamma/Beta -> 1-60 Gamma, 61-99 Beta, 100 -> Beta/Alpha
Beta/Alpha -> 1-80 Beta, 81+ Alpha

Which means that any given Major Psyker has a 0.002% Chance of being an Alpha. That is somewhat of a relief.

no it means (after a few corrections)
Psyker d100 1-99-> Minor, 100->Major
Major Psyker d100->1-60 Zeta 61-90 Epilson, 91-98 Delta 99 Gamma 100 -> Roll Gamma/Beta
Gamma/Beta -> 1-60 Gamma, 61-98 Beta, 99+ Alpha
