How important is it that we are able to start repairing the ship graveyard.
The Fleet doesn't have any free actions for two turns so I'd be happier sticking my hand into the lucky dip box again to see if we could get anything for free, or simply better options.

I like basically everything about your plan, except maybe swap the 2nd Family time for PA: Scout Regiment: Planning. Our bonus Martial will be a big help in making sure it happens, this is something that Drago wants done, and it only takes 2 years.
It only takes two years but that's 50% of the time we have left to work with before Syr inherits some of our stats and traits. Better to wait until next turn and let Drago do it himself.

She has a point on cruisers. If any are the advanced defense cruisers we can work on them right away.

Actually the percentages for reverse engineering and stc are probably off as we just got +9% when Tranth does it due to his new trait. Also I like @Doomsough idea of examining the cruisers.

Freya told us some might be the ancient defense cruisers which we can repair right away and it only takes 1 year.

Here's mah plan! Subject to change due to discussion as usual, but kind of unlikely this turn.

Munitorum

[X] Personal Attention: Scout Regiment: Planning

Getting the scout regiments will be helpful for our harassment and anti-harassment, so this should make Drago happy.

One more attempt on this before we move to combat training.

AdMech

[] Reverse Engineer Component: Plasma Reactor
[X] Survey Ship Graveyard: Cruisers

We need both to get the Escort Destroyers done. See a few posts below - we can likely get some Ancient Defense Cruisers for repair by the time the shipyards are open, which will let us get another major boost to our defences and maybe that of our neighbors if we could move them.

Ministorum

Getting some more Witch Hunters and being able to send them off world will be useful.

Astra Telepathica

[X] Expand Unseen University: Regional City

This is the better option in the long run, even if it's really fucking expensive. A regional city can fit up to 1,000,000 people. And hell, maybe we can just expand the city later without having to expand the university, and then we can expand the university inside at our leisure.

Get the new general recruited, spend some time with the family, and one more attempt on Admin training.

This can't be expedited. We don't have enough Exotic Material for it. Remember to look at the costs, guys.

EDIT - Also remember that more than two tutoring actions per turn reduces the success chance on all of them.

I'm leery about exploring the other ships, we have SUCH a large backlog of tech we need to get done, I'd rather get them and then work our way up.

Getting some Defence Cruisers would be a big deal, though. There are 240 mostly intact cruisers, and if a quarter of them were Defence Cruisers that would mean about 60. Repairing them would mean we could quickly get quite a bit of defensive firepower both for Avernus and other systems. An even split would make it 6 to 7 Cruisers per system.

Yeah, but at this point we have what 4 types of escorts and destroyers to fully investigate and reverse engineer, and that is not even counting the Archeotech and the STC, and the well of Urd. We got a lot of stuff to go through and if we start going through too much to quickly we are going to be buried under it...

And unfortunately we can't swim in them like duck from duck tales.

We could probably justify holding on to a larger amount of those cruisers. With Vanahiem out of commission we need to keep our main access to ships well guarded. We should probably take like 10 ships.

The thing is if you note that one of the types had two things we had to examime further and the other four but two of them were the same. There is a good chance that there is similar overlap between other ships of the same class and with some like automation maybe between ships of different classes

But they also do have different tech and that is not even talking about the archeotech and STC's we could find on the things.

@Enjou I think we should examine cruisers as it takes one turn and would let us double down on the other reverse engineering we need for the escorts next turn. Also we have three turns before we can start repairing ships so it works out. It also staggers the rolls by a turn so if we do bad we should have the reroll available for both.

I like the two year personal attention. We can do that and be able to attend the naval academy in two turns when the shipyard finishes
