How long is that sword again? And is there any chance that it pulls a Zeruel on us and that stuff is flexible?

EDIT: no wait, elbow down? That's... kinda short. Don't know if it wouldn't mean that our grapples would mean a pointy stick in the 'pod.

The blade alone is longer than its other arm. It's a proper seord. Looks to be made of chitin, probably reinforced with bone.

The choppers above swoop forwards, closing in swiftly.

Down below, Tacit Ronin and the elite tanks move firward, the metal giant slowing to stay next to them.

Reikon moans like a whale again, and stomps forwards, sword nearly reaching its ankle.

Distances:
Reikon is 19 from the scouts, 24 from the Hellhounds, and 30 from your ground forces.

As a Kaiju? Nothing really. However I'm getting serious Medieval Knights vs Samurai vibes, and since samurai didn't use shields....we are at a bit of a disadvantage.

I mean, yes, some samurai did use shields, but for the most part they were considered cowardly and dishonorable.

Don't worry, our GLORIOUS NIPPON STEEL shall shear through the filthy gajinKaiju's sword like the inferior trash it is.

I told you guys a shield was a good idea. :V
Parry all day erry day, tank enemy shots like boss.
 
I will admit, we are not at much of a disadvantage. TR maybe able to use it's agility to get around the shield and sword, but if it can catch our swords on it's shield or sword, we're are basically open for an attack.

Tacit and crew continue to advance alongside the tanks.

The Arges whirs, trying to lock on, but with negligible effects. Swooping forwards, the Hellhounds try firing anyways.

Immediately, one squadron's shots malfunction, hitting everywhere except for the kaiju. Fortunately, the others are on point, twelve missiles smashing across Reikon's body!

All Hellhounds out of missiles!

Reikon takes 2 Strikes! Reikon is stunned!

The kaiju coughs and hacks, the noxious smoke impeding its breathing, but staggers forwards nonetheless, armour smouldering gently.

Distances:
Reikon is 4 from the scouts, 14 from the Hellhounds, and 20 from your ground forces.

Your move.
 
[X] Tacit charge and go for it's head. End this now.

We can't risk it getting it's bearings.
