Probably because no game calls for them. They're a nice thing to have on that one occasion that you need them, but otherwise they just occupy space in your dice collection.

Pretty much any die with a number of faces less than 20 exists, as far as I know. The non-Platonic solids ones end up looking pretty funky, but I own a d3. It's basically just a triangular prism with rounded ends, so it can't land on them. The numbers are interesting, being on the tips, IIRC (I don't feel like digging it out of my bag of dice, coins, and misc. game markers).
I'm impressed it manages to stop. Which might be why, actually.
That Kaiju from Oblivion Bay that's been trying to find us, maybe? Other than that, I'd say either a Cat V, a Cat IV with an escort ranging from several Cat IIs to another Cat IV, or a group of several Cat IIIs for Neo-Seattle, and a Cat IV, two Cat IIIs, or a larger group of Cat IIs for Everett. Maybe a really good solo Cat III, but I doubt it. Maybe some Cat 0s added for flavor, or to give our Cons a softer target.
