At present nothing prevents it, but it's an oversight on my part, It's supposed to be limited to one at a time. I'll go update that immediately. Thanks for the catch.
Since you just clarified the one swarm at a time part, could there be a chance to roll this again to be allowed two at a time? or more, if rolled yet again?
Also, could we summon a swarm of babies? Since both are applied at time of summoning? This should add a few creatures that could be swarmed, though I doubt many babies would be so useful..

No, but only because I plan to implement in a future update a power called Multi summoning power (or something no sure on the name) that work like multi boost for summoning power.

Very good idea, yes it would work, not sure how useful it would be. Floramon would be a Pabumon, might have some minor use. Red would be cute, Deer dog and tiger seal too. And that's all I think.
Don't forget koala lambs. They could be used as preschooler pillows. And isn't a baby Floramon a Yuramon? 100 baby Cactaurs would make quite a minefield to move thru, esp. if they were born able to move a bit. And just imagine 100 baby House Elves... yeah, maybe not..
Edit: I see that Floramon can start as either seeds or slimes, interesting..
These two phrases answer your question. No one is ever comfortable with a swarm of mind control creatures even if the applications can be used for alternative means.
I was just going thru the lists and couldn't find the adorable Star Wars Exogorth, aka Space Slug. Oversight or deliberate? I mean, who wouldn't want one of these cuddlies? Or, does it have another name, cause I fear I didn't click on each listed Star Wars creature to check..

Good question, in theory really big. In practice, it depends on how the spider can arrange themselves because they can't fly.
To simplify things let's say that one spider can produce a square forcefield 50cm by 50cm. Let's also say that to link their forcefield together and expand it to cover the distance between two spiders cannot be more than 1m apart. If both are standing on flat ground that creates a rectangular forcefield 2m in length and 50cm in height.
With a hundred spiders you could have a rectangular forcefield 150m in length but still only 50cm in height.
To have a forcefield higher than ankle height, you need to have some spider standing higher, wall-crawling on a building perhaps, but that depends on the geography of the place.
Modifiers are normally applied on summoning, it's an additional power that lets us do it afterwards. When we apply both both Clockwork and Swarm, does each of the 100 of them have all the relevant Clockwork abilities?
Edit: changed Varients to the correct term Modifiers.
So, what is the most dangerous thing we could get in the menagerie that we could apply swarm to? I would guess that some kind of pokemon, perhaps even pikachu his own self, but I'm thinking this fellow right here would give some competition: Faerie dragon
I wasn't able to find those in the menagerie. And while the symbiotes from Marvel were in there, do they actually meet the size requirements? I mean, they basically change size and shape since they are pretty elastic? So do we measure whether they are 19 inches at their smallest, or whether they can become greater than that?
That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing Gremlins from the Gremlin movies. I mean, they disappear eventually anyway, what's the harm? I'm sure he would never ever feed them after midnight...
Though, fighting against Leviathon, they could easily make their own swarm without the power being applied...
Edit: That all being said, I think the Faerie Dragon could take the Gremlins. and the tomatoes, the rest would depend on how vulnerable they were to the euphoria gas...
Double Edit: I noticed that the wiki page directed to by the menagerie doesn't have too much detail on their powers, but that can be found here. Does this info apply to those summoned by the menagerie, or are you just going to count that info in the wiki the menagerie points to?
Triple Edit: just looked up the Shit Weasels, if our protagonist ever acquires them he should be instantly executed. Forget the Birdcage.
What about those penguins from Mr. Popper's Penguins? Or Happy Feet? Or even the Live Action Batman movie with Cobblepot's penguins. They seemed a bit more than standard penguin intelligent too.

One thing that would cover those penguins and any other intelligent animals is just in have a template that increases animal intelligence. We could call it the Narnian animal template.

I'd say dancing penguins that can not only dance and sing with Broadway perfection enough end the over fishing of their waters this ending starvation and later save themselves fr a broken ice shelf is very noteworthy! For are they not a shining example of what the CM is for? Preservation of species!🥳

Dreamcatcher is the 45th book published by Stephen King; it was his 36th novel, and the 30th under his own name. The book was released by Scribner on March 20, 2001. Dreamcatcher is set near the fictional town of Derry, Maine. It is the story of four lifelong friends: Gary Ambrose "Jonesy"...

After leaving Armsmaster's office my feet lead me back to my office. For the duration of the crisis, all Protectorate Heroes would be sleeping either here or at The Rig. And to free more heroes, the console would be manned by PRT agents.
I spent a little time doing paperwork and after dining in the cafeteria I remembered something else I want to deal with but I need to find Floramon first. My habitual partners were all over the building, I prefer to leave them to their own devices when I don't need them.
I knew that Olky spent a lot of time in the kitchen, cooking for me but also helping the other cook. They mentioned to me at some point that they were thankful for the additional help, particularly with Olky's power and the new recipes he shared.
Scalpa was certainly with the PRT troopers that guard the buildings, he liked to spend time with them. He said that it reminded him of his former comrade.
I was pretty sure that my Digimon would be in the Ward quarters. She was developing a friendship with Vista. It was excellent news. She needs more people than just me.
When I reached the Ward quarter, I found Floramon and Vista sitting on a couch and playing video games. Looking at my watch I realise that it was already 8 PM and I wondered why Vista was still there. I moved behind them to take a closer look at the screen. I didn't recognize the game, but it was a fighting game featuring robots.
Floramon's was currently winning using a lion-robot able to throw energy wheels. But Vista wasn't making the job easy for my Digimon, her character was a big humanoid bot with six arms. In the end, Floramon did win and jumped in triumph, crowing about her third victory in a row.
I cleared my throat, startling both girls who turned toward me in surprise. "Having fun girls?"
Floramon's response was enthusiastic. "Yeah, Vista is awesome. We played plenty of games."
"Hum, yes sir. Floramon is really cool." She gives a sharp glare at my Digimon. "Even if she's a bad winner."
Floramon gestured toward the tv screen. "Do you want to play with us?" The question caught me off guard. And I shake my head. "Perhaps another time." I move around the couch and sit in an armchair.
"I was looking for you, Floramon. I've been thinking about something that happens during our… encounter with Hookwolf."
Before I could continue, Vista interrupted me. "If it's a private discussion I can go if you want."
I shook my head, "No nothing of the sort. In fact, your insight might be useful." She gave me a smile and I turned back toward Floramon, who was looking apprehensive.
"Don't worry you're not in trouble and you didn't do anything wrong. As I said I remembered something and I want to ask you a question."
I took a breath and looked at her seriously. "What's your name?"
Floramon looked at me uncomprehendingly and even Vista gave me a weird look.
"Are you alright? You used my name a second ago, Floramon."
"Let me explain what I mean. Floramon is the name of your species, when you Digivolve you became a Kivimon, another species, and if you Digivolve again that will also change. But presumably, they are other Floramon and Kivimon." I could see Vista nodding in understanding. And Floramon's look of realization was a thing of beauty.
"So I ask again. What's your name?"
"I, hum, well, I don't know. I guess I don't have one." She suddenly looks a little lost and it pained me to see her like that. But Vista realized it too and crunched the space between them to hug her.
"Hey, it's alright we'll find you the perfect name."
"Vista's right, little sister. If you want a name we can find one for you. I'm asking because I want you to be an individual, not just another Floramon, even if we never encounter another one."
We then spent some time trying to think of a good name. It was complicated by the fact that my Digimon want one that ended with mon. She was a Digimon and she wanted to show it.
This caused a problem because a number of names we suggested ended up being the names of other Digimon species she knew about. In the end, we settled on...

After that discussion, my Digimon was in a much better mood and she got back to playing games with Vista. As I left I again wondered what was the deal with the young girl's presence at this hour. It was nearing 9 PM, why wasn't she with her parents? I suppose they could be working late and would be taking her home later. Still, I resolved to check on her during the following days.
I had something else to do before going to bed. While we were choosing a name for my little sister the Menagerie triggered again. My minds were able to determine that it was a power to be used when summoning a creature. And also that it only worked on small enough creatures. I was on my way to a training room to try it, I would use this opportunity to summon Spiral, my Candy Cane snail.
Once inside the room, empty at this hour, I quickly call on the colorful snail while activating the next power. The effect didn't disappoint, I just summoned a swarm of snails, after a quick count, exactly one hundred. Thankfully only one new mind appeared but as a counterpart, I didn't gain a hundredfold boost to my physical abilities.
This power opened a lot of possibilities, even if it was limited to small creatures and only one at a time. The most intriguing one being Spiderbot with his ability to project forcefields and combine them. I couldn't resist and decided to test it immediately.
The first thing I discovered is that seeing a hundred robotic spiders all staring at me, was a lot more intimidating than a hundred snails. The second thing was that they indeed could combine their forcefield, but it was a little limited by their abilities to position themselves.
I managed to find an excellent use, however, with two bots per leg front and back, one on my chest, one on my back, two on each arm, and one on my head, my whole body could be protected. It couldn't be maintained all the time because it did limit my movement and the field wasn't indestructible, but it was an excellent defensive option. And it could be applied to other people close by. With a hundred bots I could protect nine people this way, and twice more If I didn't need front and back coverage. I called that formation Protective guard and instructed the bots to remember it.
Later that evening, I felt much better but my new giant partner was still weighing on my mind. I readied myself for bed, wondering what other surprise of that size the Celestial menagerie had in reserve for me. The bed wasn't as comfortable as the one at home but my first patrol was planned early the next day and I'll need the sleep.

I hope you like the section with Floramon. It's something I was cooking for a while.
Points under 400- go with power is my standard right now
[X] Power
[X] Aylamon
edit @zagan under meta powers could you note we rolled the choose 200 already since that lets us to chose to reroll if we get that result again
For note the power I am trying to fish for is
Double Dice:
When rolling for a creature you can roll twice, for the categories and for the entry, and choose either entry as long as you have enough points. You can even choose to gain both entries if you can afford it.
Gives us 2 categories to roll in when we go for a creature making it more likely we get a pick we like. Also if we find two we like we can grab both if we have the points.
