At the very least it would be obstruction of justice. I would imagine that by now the PRT has passed laws that intentionally damaging constructs of any sort left by Protectorate members without permission is some sort of crime too, as they were probably left there for a reason.
They also have illegal Tinker gun and use them on a hospital area and school area.

I'm hoping we roll on Various eventually, lots of fun things like K.I.T.T. and Vandalier. Power rolls till we have 400 points to roll seems decent to me.

For K.I.T.T. (2000) why wouldn't you choose him? People may say Alex is beyond the street level, that doesn't mean he'll stay off the streets if he wants to help, and there is no other summon that encapsulates the streets better than an AI driven super car. Even without summoning him for fights K.I.T.T. has so many other uses, Material Extraction would give you so many things to play with, or hand out to others like Dragon and Collin, I bet they would give their left arms for a sample of the Knight Formula, the coating that let a Trans am take machine gun fire without a scratch, or his Electronic Jamming Suite, you know that thing that let K.I.T.T. pretend to be a ghost by moving metal objects around. Also the thought of Alex driving K.I.T.T. with Grant Movement is too funny to me.

As for Vandalier I was the one who suggested it to @zagan so no guessing why, but to sum it up in three words, lasers go brrrrr.

Don't get too accustomed to those rapid chapters, I'm on a holiday and I'm feeling inspired.

Rising in the air on the back of Rainbow I took a deep breath, going to the Town Hall would only take a few minutes but it would allow me to regain some energy after the tension of the infiltration and the whirlwind of the mercenaries' assault.

Remembering the remark from the mercenaries' leader concerning my lack of discretion while flying, I tried to think of a solution.

Activating Adaptive Camouflage gave the illusion that Rainbow was a helicopter, but without the noise, it wasn't very convincing. And we were still just as obvious in the sky.

I contemplated switching mount, calling on Bruce in his normal shape, but I didn't want to reveal all my cards yet. The fact that I could become invisible would undoubtedly leak, but for now, nobody knew that I could call on a partner that could transport hundreds of people invisibly.

I contemplate using Illusory Summoning to make a copy of Rainbow appear some distance away. It wouldn't help with discretion but it may confuse an assailant?

Finally, I settled on using the Air theme on Rainbow and myself and flying higher, plus size reduction on him, switching from elephant-sized to horse-sized. It was far from invisibility but a colored cloud high up was less obvious than a flying tiger-lion the size of an elephant.

Suddenly I heard a feminine voice coming from Spy. "Compendium! Can you hear me?"

With a flex of my muscle, I ordered Rainbow to stop moving. Who could…? I push my sleeve back revealing my Black Den Den Mushi. Someone else was looking at me through its eyes. "Elytra?"

"Yes, it's me. I managed to esca…leave school. I want to help."

What! That's crazy! There was no way. "Where are you?"

"I'm in an alley hiding behind a shop. I don't have my costume. But I can act from pretty far away with my bugs. I gathered a huge swarm while I was searching for somewhere where I could help."

She sounds really proud of herself. Damn, I couldn't let her run around like that. But I couldn't take her with me. From the report, the situation at the town hall was much more volatile. From there I could still hear the occasional burst of gunfire.

"Very well, I'm coming to you. Guide me with your bugs."

I was losing time but there was no way around it. A handful of seconds later I spot a swarm of flying insects in the shape of an arrow pointing down in between two buildings. Rainbow didn't need my prompt to start moving in that direction.

We didn't land, simply hovering above the alleyway and I didn't waste time jumping down.

I found myself face to face with a tall and gangly teenage girl. She was wearing a dark hoodie, with the hood down partially hiding her face. I could still see that she was wearing a pair of glasses and that she was giving me a shy smile. Her long dark hair was spilling out on each side of her face. All in all an average-looking girl with the potential to be relatively attractive once she finishes growing up.

"Hum, Hi? Nice to meet you." She seemed to be intimidated by the fact that I was so close to her so I tried to not show my own agitation and took a step back.

"Yes, nice to meet you too. Even if I would have preferred to meet you in better circumstances."

She nodded hesitantly.

"I won't bother trying to convince you to not help. If you left school in order to run toward gunfire I doubt I could manage to do so."

She winced but still nodded resolutely.

"I expected that. Very well. Now, what could you help with? Let me think."

Where could I send an eager new hero, without endangering her, but still something meaningful enough so she got to feel useful?

All my Minds proposed various ideas before we finally reached a consensus.

I spoke up. "Yes, I think that will work. I got a job that your power is perfectly suited for."

She seems to vibrate in excitement. "Really? What?" Her eagerness drew a smile to my lips.

In a few words, I summarized the situation at Arcadia.

"I see. But what can I do? Things seem to be well in hand. What would I be doing there?" She frowned and even glared at me. "Is this a ploy so I meet with the other Wards?"

I waved my hands in front of me. "No, no I assure you nothing like that. Even if it wouldn't be a bad thing to meet them before you decide to join or not the Wards. But no, on the contrary, I don't want you to meet the Wards. They need to protect their secret identities so they can't do much. The only ones that can act openly are the New Wave kids and my partner Aylamon. That's enough strength to defend the cafeteria they're holed in. But they lack awareness on the outside."

She visibly lit up at that. "And I would act as the first line of defense and as a surveillance system!" She nodded to herself. "Yes, I could do that."

"Excellent! Let's get you ready. I can't let you go just like that."

I turned my back. "Clank, do we have anything that could help protect her identity?"

"One moment, sir." I hear some noise coming from him. "I have an emergency domino mask."

"Perfect, thanks Clank." I hand the mask to Elytra. "Here, that should help a little but it's not really enough. What else? Ah, Yes. Olky?"

My elf's sudden appearance startled Elytra and made her fumble with the mask still in her hand.

"What can Olky help with, master?"

"Could you change the color of Elytra's clothes? Nothing drastic but enough to make her unrecognizable."

"Easily done. Miss, what color would you like?" His question was addressed to the teenage heroine. Currently, she was wearing clothes in a combination of navy blue, black, and gray.

Visibly taken aback by the question she responds with questions of her own. "Will it be permanent? I can't afford to go back home with different colored clothes."

"No miss, Olky can make it last for only two hours."

She nodded at that. "Okay then why not green, with a touch of brown? It should be different enough but still not too attention-grabbing."

With a snap of his fingers, Elytra's clothes changed color as asked; and I noted that Olky used the opportunities to repair some minor damage.

"Perfect, now one last thing."

I focussed on her and called on Beeauty, the giant queen appearing a meter away from us both, I took care to designate Elytra as her relay.

She was looking entranced at my insectile partner. "This is Beeauty, she will be staying with you. You can direct her however you see fit, but I would prefer if you do not treat her as expendable."

"No never! She's beautiful. And she's big enough that I can see through her eyes. That will be a huge help."

"I'm sure but that's not why I'm lending her to you. Beeauty can, on command, create a beehive around herself and then produce up to twenty giant bee drones. Those you can treat as expendable, they're mindless. That should be a significant boost to your firepower."

"Thank you. I… I don't know what to say." She was tearing up a little. "Thank you for trusting me." She looked ready to hug me but refrained at the last moment.

I cough awkwardly, unsure of how to handle this emotional teenage hero. Finally, I opt to ignore it, there was still a Town Hall to clean up.

"Well, you know your mission. Once you're there feel free to contact Glory Girl discreetly to coordinate with her. Could you grab on Beeauty? Olky will teleport you some distance away, to get you closer to the school. Good Luck." My Giant Bee under the control of Elytra settled on her head.

Olky holds out his hand. Before taking it, Elytra took a deep breath and addressed me one last time. "Thank you for not trying to dissuade me. And hum, my name is Taylor."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Taylor. I hope we get to work together again in the future.

She grabbed Olky's hand, and with a pop, they apparate away. I feel Olky reappearing at the end of my range and coming back a second later.

"Thank you Olky."

"Time to go guys. We already lost too much time." Without another word, I jumped directly on the back of Rainbow who was waiting above the roof while hovering.

Can't wait to see where this goes.

Also still holding out for Vehicle Summoning but at this point I think there are only 1 or 2 rolls where we don't get something
