Still, no matter how big we get there's always going to be particularly bad worlds that are going to make things difficult since unlike the Imperium, we actually have standards. Like I imagine Forge Worlds and Hive Worlds will always be something that hurts to take. And if we happen to absorb a lot of worlds at once that could lead to our Infrastructure taking a blow.If we take -[] New Horizons Colony Charters - Colonize a random world at 0.2 progress per Turn as long as this ISC is sponsored. we get a new world every 5 turns pretty fast for a passive action and the larger we are the more ships get build per action and the lower the hits for integration are.
This. The 2 action penalty for developing infrastructure is so painful that I think the only reasonable way to do it is find more discounts - like more ISCs
Honestly, I think even with ISCs raising infra will be a pain. It's just gonna be a matter of prioritization of what we want raised while leaving other parts to the wayside for a while.
