We need previous knowledge to unlock tau existance

A song on the status of guilliman will throw the tau existance given how close to ultramar they are
*blinks*

*Looks at how many human AI rebelled because of the chains upon them*

*Looks at the entire existence of the Tau caste system*

Oh that's going to be entertaining.

Yep, here's hoping it doesn't turn out to be a wet fart of a move compared to just doubling down on what we were already good at.

We know the Tau exist because the Lamenters were part of the Imperium and thus uh, had intel on whose it's "enemies" were

Anyways I completely forgot about this for months — were we ever gonna get Yeeni melodies @HeroCooky?

But yeah I'm generally in favor of Kin history, might even upgrade their Kin traits, who knows. Feels thematically appropriate on the turn of hitting All-XX.

Capstone traits have been honestly sleeper hits — Void happened after the great fleet redesign but turned the Seyfert into a monster, and Civ has expanded our influence into an enormously outsized degree, and has laid the ground for our future expansions.
We have told everyone we could that the Tyranids will be invading relatively soon, right?
We told them about the prophecy, but we should actually uh share all the Tyranid lore we got. That should be a thing if we haven't already.

Until its waning days, its last days, when a Birthscream washed away the desire for peace from both sides, one side ripped apart in mind and nascent soul, the other in unity and cohesion.

Then, there were only victims left...
Slaaneash is getting so much hate from Federation that I genuinely think that we probably in character could spend multiple turns helping eldar kill it.

No, because their civilization and species got bombed so many times by the Imperium that the only Melodies they would have given you while joining were Bones and Victim, if even the latter. And the former would have actively eaten the parts of other Songs for no positive gain.

While now, you have Home, Silence, Justice, and Thule already, with Cherish and Liberation unlocked.

Cool, thanks!

Makes me more inclined to look into the history of our Kin — there's been a lot lost for each.

The Lion is old and grumpy and fucking shit up to help Blueberry.
Jaghatai Khan is dead from turning a Sun inside Commorragh supernova.
Leman Russ got punted on his quest for that thingamajig into the ~Weird~ section of the Warp where the Chaos Gods Good Alter Egos hang out and got married to one of Alter!Papa Nurgle's daughters (despite his grumping).
Rogal Dorn is dead. You may not ask why.
Sanguinius is leading the Legion of the Damned.
Ferrus Manus lost his head and is dead.
Roboute Guilliman is 19 seconds away from having a mental breakdown due to [Everything], except when he is fucking Yvraine into a puddle despite not being able to take his armor off.
Vulkan is helping Roboute out in the fighting against [Everything].
Corvus Corax got turned into Raven Raven, leading the Raveguard's Ravempire to do their own shit.
Clonegrim is off having a grand ol' time doing stuff. *Camera points to a massive Ork Waaagh with a sign pointing to it with the writing "Stuff" painted on*
[REDACTED] is [REDACTED].

Now even memier:
Ah yes, Old Man Power.
ECK-UH-SPUH-LOOOOOOH-SHUH-UN
The Coffin of Leman Russ and the (Not So) Ruinous Powers
Meanwhile, in the Imperial Palace: "HELLO? I APPEAR TO BE TRAPPED BENEATH THIS GOLDEN PORTCULLIS! HELLO? ANYONE?"
"CURSE YOU GHOST HEAD OF FERRUS MANUS!"
"Oh no Robo-Kun, I'm stuck underneath your desk, please save me!" [Ultra-Depression]
"HAHA, I AM HELPING!" Builds one-hundred Glorianas and then dies for the rest of the turn before completing his actions.
I would write something cutting, but I keep getting caught on all of the edge.
"I... am so done with everything related to chaos, the warp, the ruinous powers, my brothers, my nephews, the Eldar, and Father's Imperium. If you need me. I will be fighting Orks. Forever. Bye."
Meanwhile, in the forever box: "You know... maybe turning the universe into an eternal torment nexus is a bad idea... hits chaos blunt... Nah let's send everything to mega-super-hell."

@BlueHelix Do you mind adding in a free write-in to share with the Duchy's what happened here, and also Warp Corruption Sigils proliferation across Mashan and Duchy (assuming that doesn't cost an Action, otherwise we do that next Turn)?

Edit: We also have Mothrome and another Xeno species under our wings, for that matter - unless you wanted to split that into two charges?

And the former would have actively eaten the parts of other Songs for no positive gain.
Am curious: Would that have worked on other people's Psykana Traditions, or is this a strictly negative effect?

I was asked in my Discord about the regenerating armor thing Jory had, and I figure that's a fair question to ask.

So here's the answer.

It's not remotely as durable as Hama or physical armor is, its effects seem more similar to Focus in how it interacts with damage, though breaking it doesn't cause any obvious problems to the person generating it like Focus does.

Which is probably the trade-off for it taking damage first, losing it is more of a nuisance.
I think you posted in the wrong quest? don't remember a Hama, Focus or the name Jory ever being mentioned in this quest.

... FUCK

Let me move that.

EDIT: Yeah, answering a question in my own quest thread, ended up having this open and thinking it was my thread, whoop dee doo.

Regarding We Were, I think that it would be a good idea to focus on Terra/Earth/Human History for a turn because I don't think that looking at the place while it's a Warp Storm the size of the Eye of Terror would be a good idea. Plus I'd like for human history from before the Imperium to be recorded properly. I know that we'd have gotten a good chunk from looking into Big E's past but that would have focused on only the stuff that he was involved in.

A thousand years of actively working with xenos and other reform the Imperium is still a sack of shit, huh. Sorry dude, maybe get off Terra when things get loud.
No, that MILF is slumming it up on Craftworld Iybraesil.

The... one... near the Eye of Terror? Man, we really gotta get a "history of the Galaxy post-Cicatrix Maledictum" We Were going on at some point lol, what the hell.
Edit: We also have Mothrome and another Xeno species under our wings, for that matter - unless you wanted to split that into two charges?
Yeah I legit just pulled it from the Melodies list, oops lol. Yeah, just gonna put it all under the bundle of "Kin"

Van Zandts sure, Anti-Warp Corruption Sigils feels dunno? I actually don't know if that's possible, there's a lot of baked in stuff that we had to get to reach that point, I feel we'd have to do a tech trade, we have done a lot of foundational psytech research under our paradigm. Not to say Van Zandt doesn't have great psytech, but their Aethyrmetric is way different than our Hymnals.

[X] Plan: All-XX 4/4
-[X] [We Were] Learn and rediscover the history and past cultures of our Kin. Do not look at anything they would prefer us to not look at, like the Dirut Cataclysm.
-[X] [Free] Consecrate In Sacred Sand (A recently colonized sub-sector on the frontiers)
-[X] [Free] Share and distribute the current knowledge we have of the Tyranids with the other parts of the Alliance, and how it's likely it's the third and last prophesied threat. Also share that this is knowledge from the previous millennium, and how those that fought it expect that it will come off stronger. Finally, share the fact that our Choirs sensed something hungry, hateful, and vast beneath the Galactic Plane.
-[X] [Free] Share the knowledge of the "Cybernetic Revolt" that we have gained with the Van Zandt Duchy quietly.
-[X] [Free] Learning from the paths taken by our forebears, enshrine the rights of all "artificial" sophonts. If any being is capable of asking for fair and ethical treatment, it deserves such.
-[X] Food Production XX (1/1) [50% Discount]
-[X] Heavy Industry XX (1/1) [50% Discounts]
-[X] Medical Services XX (1/1) [50% Discount]
-[X] Military Industry XX (1/1) [50% Discount]

Hopefully we do a final tech trade + military clean up offer / internal scouting and Chaos elimination through Choirs overdrive a few days before the end of things, so we have an excuse to make Military Symphonies and do something with them?
Just leave our miltitary on auto-pilot or something until they think the job is done.

(Yes, AP efficiency, but I think having Warfare Symphonies, while also not wasting their effect and Warp Levels - please leave some to use for that is worthwhile?)

[X] Plan: All-XX 4/4

Edit:
@BlueHelix Do you mind replacing your original post with the new plan and archiving the old one, or changing the plan name if you aren't the first poster to put Xs in this plan?

Tally isn't picking up the changes currently.
