I am begging people to stay on target. Heavy Industry boosts our research, I'm sure Medical XV will boost our ability to do Juvenat or whatever, let alone whatever milestone perks give us.

We have a limited amount of turns left, XV allows us to merge with the Shipwrights with minimal losses.

Medium to High but it's not ticking up, it's decreasing so it won't spike higher. Turn it on now, turn it off next turn.

Stay on target.

Alternatively. Hmm. Wait one turn to let the warp calm down slightly, put 2 actions into -[] Rejuvenat Mass-Production (0/5) (and 2 actions somewhere else to keep our banked research above 0.5), then do:

[] Plan: Getting All-XV Right the Hell NOW
-[] [Psykana] Turn on Cry For the Future
-[] [Psykana] Turn on The Grand Design (Class is in Session)
-[] Rejuvenat Mass-Production x3 (3/5) (4/5) (5/5) (1 action + 2 bonus research) (boosted by The Grand Design)
-[] [General] Develop The Federations'...
--[] Food Production XIV & XV (1 action with 50% discount)
--[] Heavy Industry XIV & XV (1 action with 50% discount) (Cry for the Future action 1)
--[] Medical Services XIII, XIV, XV, XVI (1 actions with 50% discount) (Devouring Mechadendrite)
--[] Medical Services XIII, XIV, XV, XV (1 actions with 50% discount) (Cry for the Future action 2)
--[] Military Industry XIV (Cry for the Future Action 3)
--[] Military Industry XV (Devouring Mechadendrite)

It might be flying a bit close to the sun... But the idea of getting Rejuvenat Mass-Production at the same time as Medical XV (And all XV) is pretty nice.

And the juvenat tech is already amazing - I can't wait to see what it would do if boosted by the Grand Design. 45%?
In the vein of preparing for this, I'd like to propose the following turn:
[] Plan: The Juvenat Calls
-[] [Free] Consecrate In Sacred Sand (Oprutri)
-[] [General] Research: (2 actions + 3 bonus actions, leaves banked research at 0.75)
--[] Rejuvenat Mass-Production (1/5)
--[] Rejuvenat Mass-Production (2/5)
--[] Rejuvenat Mass-Production (3/5)
--[] Applied Genetic Manipulation - (1/3)
--[] Applied Genetic Manipulation - (2/3)
-[] FLEX action - Applied subversion on the Clans?

Then next turn we do this:
[] Plan: Getting All-XV and a bunch of great research
-[] [Psykana] Turn on Cry For the Future (1 action)
-[] [Psykana] Turn on The Grand Design (Class is in Session action)
-[] [General] Research: (1 actions + 2 bonus actions, leaves banked research at 0.25)
--[] Rejuvenat Mass-Production (4/5)
--[] Rejuvenat Mass-Production (5/5) (Completed with Grand Design!)
--[] Applied Genetic Manipulation - (3/3) (Completed with Grand Design!)
-[] [General] Develop The Federations'...
--[] Food Production XIV & XV (1 action with 50% discount)
--[] Heavy Industry XIV & XV (1 action with 50% discount) (Cry for the Future action 1)
--[] Medical Services XIII, XIV, XV, XVI (1 actions with 50% discount) (Devouring Mechadendrite)
--[] Medical Services XIII, XIV, XV, XV (1 actions with 50% discount) (Cry for the Future action 2)
--[] Military Industry XIV (Cry for the Future Action 3)
--[] Military Industry XV (Devouring Mechadendrite)

Yes?

@HeroCooky what are the Salvus like? Any culture/personality details? Besides being fighty.
They are quick to anger, have high reflexes, can pierce flak armor with their tails, obligate carnivores, and tend to headbutt people they like as a sign of affection (leading to a lot of minor bruises). Beyond that, as everyone you've recovered were children below the age of 10, their "culture" will be yours.
have we done this already?
Nope. My bad, you did. :V
Do we know about the Shadow of the Warp Phenomena?
Nope. :V

Honestly I say we launch it now. We know the warp is decreasing next turn(notably) and we know that we aren't going to increase it higher than high so let's cook it off now and spend the next update fighting over the traits

Edit: Actually interesting point of order we don't know about the Tyrranids but our neighbours might. We at least have a name now so we can ask our allies if they got more intel for us on that

… that's oddly cute. Cool detail too. They're going to grow up big and strong and absolutely terrifying.

Backing this up, we absolutely should do this tech with Grand Design up. Our previous Juvenant tech was this:
-[] Rejuvenat Experimentation IIb (0/2)
(Gain: Improve Rejuvenat Access from 10% to 10.4%.)
And with Grand Design enabled, it was instead the following:
-[] Rejuvenat Experimentation IIb-Nero (0/2)
(Gain: Improve Rejuvenat Access from 10% to 15%.)
Going from an increase of +0.4% to an increase of 5% is a ton. So doing the new Rejuvenant Mass-Production action with Grand Design, and stacking that with Medical Industry 15? It's gonna be big.

It is also 5 action research, I think that we at best get 55.5%

When do you think it would be a good idea to do another Ancient ruin raiding.
Around when we wrap up our Dreadnought design, most likely, depending on how huge the action sink for it is. It's a military action so we can Heartbeat of Industry it, so if we wrap it up we might have one or two free military actions to make use of, which Expeditions should be free to use.

My personal gameplan with the limited amount of time we have left is

Get All-XV
Shipwright Merge
Council Merge
Dreadnought Spam

If we think we can do Council Merge relatively quickly, then it'll give us a better grounding to eat Shipwrights, but Shipwrights are so big it's probably gonna take a few actions.

Unless Cooky laughs at me and says we can 1 action both, but Councils will take some time anyways since there's ISC access that'll need time to cook after all.
