Well fuck it, I'm bored lol and no one's made a vote. Looking at these Titans' names...
Blade of the Endless Void, Blade of the Blazing Horizon, Blade of the Crimson Eclipse, Blade of the Falling, Comet, Blade of the Flaming Nebula, Blade of the Searing Twilight, Blade of the Polar Lights, Blade of the Celestial Storm
They seem pretty Celestial / Sky themed. The banner I'm not too good on (idk if art is required or not), but words to live by is actually pretty easy.
[X][Banner]: Main center symbol is the Star Child's, with a sword on the left and a set of scales on the right. This is set on a field of black with small white stars scattered evenly, bordered with gold. [X][Words]: Fīat iūstitia ruat cælum / Let justice be done though the heavens fall
Words are pretty self explanatory and ties in with the name theme neatly, I think.

Rip to the mad lads who fight the Warlord but hey, good showings all around no doubt...or they clutch out a win with numbers and teamwork...not sure how the duels are meant to work with such a size disparity.
Hi, a question to anyone who might be able to answer. if we wanted to unlock all the mecha sizes from mini mecha up TO the smallest titan how would we do that? If we wanted to make mecha with inherent jump jets/0g thrusters, and gravity manipulation integrated into them, how would we do that? If we wanted quadruped mecha that were actually fast (ie, the limbs were underneath them, and they resembled and ran like the swift cats (cheetah, puma, jaguar, serval, caracal), how would we do that? If we wanted sub-titan scale mecha that had a crew, rather than just a single pilot, how would we do that? If we wanted these mecha to intentionally be as smart as possible, how would we do that? If we wanted to just invent a weapons system inspired by lore but not especially based on it, could we do that? If we wanted to begin research on psy-knights and psy-titans, how would we do that?
What species and subspecies do we have access to for our military curerntly?

In order:
Spend an Action to do that.
The above, then design them with another Action.

LMAO, no. You ain't doing that, not least because Psy-Titans would make your entire society go "WHAT THE FUCK?!"
I was using the broader definition of the term than the Imperial one. The Eldar have some extra integration of psychics with their titans, and there's a bit of subtle lore about other species sometimes doing that. It's mostly just 'a titan that specifically augments and is crewed by people that are psychically gifted and tie themselves to the titan or knight, which has access to specific combat powers due to this'. With a possibility that 'some sort of tragic type of integration, the particulars of which can vary, is actually specifically required'. So, is a 'choired titan' or 'choired large knight' possible? Is some sort of tragic integration (upload the soul like via soulstone or proteus protocol or similar) of one sort or another required to unlock 'this titan has weird psychic abilities'?

And I've put that Imperial Definition into the "Least" reason category for a reason. Psy-Titans would require a mind-boggingly steep investment for...not all that much boost, in all honesty. Yeah, you'd have a Titan that can cast VOID or Fire at the enemy...but so can five gremlins scurrying around in a tank throwing gang signs. And they'd be more effective, because at the point where the Federations Choirs need a Titan to boost them casting Melodies and Songs, they are at the point where they'd just call in indiscriminate ortillery by an entire fleet in orbit.

Ah, I was thinking more of the utility reality warping for effective and new types of operations, maybe teleporting the titan, time manipulation, climbing and standing on things that can't support it, miscellaneous utility reality warping, manipulating gravity in the area, things like that, as exotic stuff that is very useful in combat, rather than 'just a psychic weapon'.

I'd try finding ways to unlock that first, because your current Psykana does not do that. You can find what your Psykana are/do in Media - Psykana Melodies/Songs/Symphonies.

Sounds like we need a 'gravity' song or a 'time' song or a 'swiftness' song or a 'space' song.
Oh!
Have we done a survey of where the Bubble Drive can maybe take us where warp travel (due to inhospitable or non-existent warp paths) can't?
Also, do we have an option to tune whether or not the bubble drive causes a MASSIVE particle weapon effect to emanate from the prow when we turn it off? Because sometimes, that'd be a feature not a bug.
Also, can we just... ask the Irrita for a bunch of the seeds for Wagon Wheel Dyson Trees to plant in comets and ice asteroids and the like, that we tow into useful orbits all over our space? And have an action to plant a whole mess of them as an ongoing thing that provides some bonus?

[X][Banner]: Main center symbol is the Star Child's, with a sword on the left and a set of scales on the right. This is set on a field of black with small white stars scattered evenly, bordered with gold.
Where before, plains of verdant green and healthy copses of trees stood, nothing remains of what life had prospered.
Dunes of ash glimmered with the last burning embers of fiery heat and furious conflagrations. Craters were filled with shards of molten glass, jagged obsidian teeth jutting from within and without like the leering faces of dead monsters. A thousand small pools began to be filled with the starting rain, its arrival heralded by the heat generated by the nine Godmachines that fought, their roars and dying gasps heard around the continent and furiously amplified by the valor of its pilots and machine spirits fighting as one.
Eight titans lay slain, corpses cooling and minds laid bare to the elements, their bodies like ancient gods felled in a cataclysmic war, with only one remaining standing, arm hanging limply and all but one weapon made useless in the violence of what were children trying to kill an elder of their kind.
Yet still, one stood, sword poised over the heart of the only other Titan still in the fight, and none dared to utter a breath or make a sound as the rain pattered against these colossi made by man and crafted by machine.
Until...Primal Grave gave one last shuddering breath.
And powered down, its spirit satisfied with an honorable, faithful, righteous, and just duel.
With one remaining arm, Blade of the Celestial Storm raised its sword high into the coming storm, lightning crackling high overhead, and roared its triumph into the world, the banner of Legio Gladius barely able to be made out by its sensors standing, proudly, defiant, glorious and resplendent, in the distance, fluttering in the wind and soon to be filled with another mark to be woven into its fabric, another story to be told for generations to come.
With fervor and zeal do the fleets and armies of the Glimmering Federation set out, their holds filled and their magnificence resplendent, glittering white hulls and mighty battleships like waves of white crested by flitting lights of curious fish and birds, millions upon millions within the holds of the mighty fleets and ships that will wage war preparing for the weeks of journey ahead even as thousands of psykers sing and chant in their multitudes to ease the vast path ahead.
And with fervor and zeal do these ships greet their allies of the Grove and travel through their territory. And there, they find wonders of planetary geoengineering and monumental bio-chemistry that would have never crossed their minds before, turning those Irrita of the Federation envious in the extreme. Titanic Yggradsil' sprouting from dozens of Gas Giants, mighty planet-covering webs of algae undulate with nutrients and bacteria that turn lifeless rocks into verdant paradises of a hundred different hues, spires of wood and bark reach into the skies, melding technology and biology into one, transporting from below as they descend the above to the ground, with ships resplendent in their lush growths joining the fleets, forest grown into immensity within the void joined by shoals of metal-clad monuments to engineering and biological machines of individual genius born by individual skill and societal knowledge.
Like a cresting wave, this mighty host reaches the furthest front of the Shipwright's Grove, intent on aiding in the apocalyptic war that burns through sub-sector after sub-sector, all to ensure Storlar does not burn in its entirety in the desecration and blasphemy of the Ruinous Powers. They arrive, and with their hundreds of ships shining mightily, they are given all the information and all the access the Glimmerings require to integrate themselves into the war effort without hiccups.
And then they are let loose.
War rides forth. Death follows. Victory...watches.
The Star Navy fights with professional discipline, armed with all the precautions that the Grove had to buy with blood and systems and time and souls; it fights with technologies unparalleled and unreached since before the Fall of the Eldar; it fights with thunderous artillery and battleships of white body and splendorous wings beating in the void of space against the death of all things, it fights with hundreds of thousands of Thules and Little Siblings screaming defiance and death at the enslaved and joyous soldiers of the Symphosium, it fights with heroes and martyrs every step of the way, their stories, and deaths cajoling the millions yet to fight and yet to stand to greater heights, it fights with the aid of the sector-shattering power of its Choirs, their members singing Song and Melody, the Veil itself buckling under the might directed and the powers unleashed...
...
...and it is barely enough to create a stalemate.
For every ship that the Federation obliterates, another takes its place.
For every foe it kills, another arrives through the portals present everywhere.
For every clever strategy and tactic, the foe counters with perfect poise and elegant wit.
For every thunderous clash of thousands of fighters, a dance of beauty unfolds that leads Thule after Thule into Ruin's Embrace 'ere they turn gun and Little Siblings unto Sister-Siblings and Home Ships.
For every Marty held high by the Federation, another is nailed and impaled upon the pikes and lances of the Symphosium, held aloft as a screaming banner to join the chorus of their singers.
For every Song sung, the Choirs find themselves countered by the Vocalists of the Symhposium, Songs unraveled by Notes Sung perfectly and Strings tugged to undo Psykana of centuries learned and wrought in the sweat and effort of generations counted faithfully.
Yet...the replacements are sighted in Federation guns, missiles flying against them by the billions.
Yet...reinforcements find themselves in combat eternal, minds steel and wet working against their incorporated arrival.
Yet...they find no soldiers unable to adapt, no rookies fearing frightful foes; they face veterans and soldiers sworn and tempered.
Yet...Thules are no easy prey, and they pray with fervent burning tears for their fallen sister-siblings as they fight on, minds filled with righteous fury and defiance.
Yet...every soul shrieking on their banners is another scream for liberation, another cry to end their horrors, another etched crime that hardens souls and burns hesitancy.
Yet...their dual harmony finds itself contested at every step, every note, and every instance of existence. If a Song cannot be Sung, then Melodies burn through the ranks. If Melodies are halted, Songs invigorate and decimate.
The Symphosium find itself ground to a halt by the might of the Glimmering Federation and the reinforcement of the Shipwright's Grove given room to breathe, and further ships, further troops, and further materials are coming in their billions. This is no war that will be lost by indecision and hesitation.
Which means that the Federation figths a two-front war.
Just. As. Planned.

(Gain: Sigils.) -[] Anti-Psychic Materials (0/7)
There are some materials that, for one reason or another, seem to repell psychic phenomena and works, which, in the right hands, could prove to be a boon in our anti-daemon efforts.
(Gain: Anti-Psychic Materials collected and understood.) -[] Psykana-Repelling Persons (0/4)
Though they are rare, some people seem to not merely be uncomfortable to be around but possess an...anti-soul if one would say something so base. Yet, while normal people find them unpleasant, our Hymnals would rather run away or self-harm themselves than be in their presence. This...could be useful.
(Gain: Anti-Souls?) -[] Arcanum Psyker Staves (0/9)
The ability to create psychic focii is no longer a mere beginner's art within the Glimmering Federation, and with knowledge and familiarity comes the ability to strive further than yesterday. With The Sun Melody having become a measuring stick upon which one can see progress, it is estimated that further refinement will be capable of reducing the damages incurred into "mere" full-body second-degree burns.
(Gain: Improves Choir efficiency and might when using Songs and Melodies.) -[] Arcanum Psychic Hoods (0/9)
Thanks to the work done in figuring out how to psychically tune and shape cloth and metals to weave together into one whole, a "Psychic Hood" for the layperson, the Celestial Choir is eager to not only begin large-scale dissemination of knowledge and practice but also delve deeper into their understanding of how they function and can be improved.
(Gain: Improved Psychic Hoods are equipment that shields your Psykers from backlash to varying degrees.) -[] Choir's Tangle (0/6)
The Choir's Tangle is a system of Psykana married with Technology capable of providing minor guidance to the Federation's Choirs singing Bound To The Stars, thus speeding up their traveling speed.
(Gain: Improved speed between Federation Systems. It requires a choir to operate and will automatically apply the necessary numbers.) -[] Discordant Shriek (0/11)
Utilizing the same underlying principles as the Choir's Tangle, the Discordant Shriek is a series of five installations that will be put in a perfect orbit around the local star in predetermined patterns, each housing one part of a Choir, that will, when enemy ships approach the system, activate and try to disrupt and rip the approaching vessels out of the Warp at best and seek to damage and delay them at worst.
(Gain: A means to inflict damage to approaching Fleets. It requires a choir to operate and will automatically apply the necessary numbers.) -[] Applied Anti-Warp Corruption Sigils - (0/15)
Anti-Warp Sigils of potent etching, carved into the leather born from the willing, carved by hands that shiver in cold and burning pain, wrought into reality itself with the blood of ichor dripping from violated souls carrying out their creation. Shield these places, guard these items, know no rest and adhere to no master beyond this: hark against Thought and Cancer from the Deep Beneath Growth. -[] Aethyrmetric - Null Thoughts (0/59)
It is one thing to debate with reality to alter a state. Another to order it to cease reality in totality.

[] ISC Access - (Shipwright's Grove)
The Federation's ISCs are eager to spread their markets and customer bases beyond the Glimmering Federation, willing to brave the (relatively safe and profitable) unknown.
(Gain: Disables one random ISC per Turn and significantly improves relations with the Lords of Eternity/Watchtower Confederacy/Shipwright's Grove.)
[] [AUTOMATIC] Improve Relations (Choose Two)
Though tedious work, improving relations over time with steady hands instead of bold declarations and treaties will enable more of the latter to be wrought without any complications.

From what we can tell, thanks to our history, what information we, the Kil'drabi, Yeeni, and the archives of our planets tell us, the difference between a prosperous interstellar polity and one naught but ash is the strength of their navy. At the moment, we have the beginning of a proud Void Fleet, yet purely defending against our enemies is a great way to get ground down into dust over time; we need to be able to bring the fight to them.
(Information: Ship Classes requiring more DP than you possess take more than one Action to design.

Hippity Hoppity has revealed to us a site where technology, rites, knowledge, or culture of the Ancients yet remain...if not how intact. It is far away from our borders, and thus the fleet sent there to uncover the truth must be guarded.

[] [Psykana] Conduct Six Melodies (0.6/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
The Celestial Choir has been given the means; with time, they shall conduct their songs. They will listen to the Warp and filter out the false whispers from the slumbering guidance of the Star Child. In halting prayer and stumbling humming, the truth will be stripped until nothing but it remains in the hands of those who shall make it anew into power to be wielded by the Choirs to come. As there are 10 Celestial Choirs free to pursue research, the High Council can ask them to pursue a target instead of what comes close. This will, naturally, be lost once they dip below 10 Choirs.
