And now I'm imagining this sort of deal happening to a water elemental.... The water inside just snaps out, drags the thing inside screaming, and then the everyone in the room runs off screaming from the Demon Canteen.

Sadao Kujo is actually a water elemental, enabling us to summon water from nowhere and control it. Jotaro become the third most hax Hamon user after Kars and Jonathan. We're not hurt when using Hamon because Sadao is a special kind of water yokai.

I went with a sword because it's a really simple shape, but honestly, it's water. If we get Jotaro's Hamon control high enough, we could probably make it whatever we want whenever we want. Assuming we have enough water, of course.
